I was told we would have 2 treatments for bed bugs. I live in an apartment complex, so I understand they have policies. The first one to come out was completely professional. The second one, won't name names, was a different story. He's been to our complex before for routine sprays. I normally treat bug problems myself because he is so rude. Came out to give an estimate and after seeing all we were doing said they would be doing the same and didn't charge us or try to sell us anything. Instead have us some pointers of other things we could try and were super nice and easy to talk to about our situation. Totally will recommend to everyone.
