Lori and Jalen never treated me as a pest. I know I called them often with questions. I had wasps. Jalen explained the process to me. He answered my questions in a way I understood. I made a number of calls to the office with questions and photos. Lori treated me with respect and understood what I was trying to say. I wasnt a bother or an an annoyance to them. My problem was wasps in the attic. Removing them was as important to them as it was to me. Process was clean and orderless. It was okay to stay home during the process. They checked back with me to make sure problem was successful. I was important. I mattered. Customers are not a bother at NeverPest... Those I know with pests will be referred to NeverPest.

Amazing company! While relocating, some packers said we had a pest issue. It cost us time and money. We reached out to Neverpest who responded "Right away." Within 2 days, they were there to treat the problem. The packers were completely wrong. There was a pest issue, but not the ones they identified. Neverpest reassured us, took time to explain why the packers were incorrect and exactly what kind of small pests they were. This was amazing because we thought we were going to have to completely fumigate the place and throw everything away. They still treated the pests and we were able to recover and relocate quickly with no issues at all. Not only that... they were professional, courteous, and easy to do business with. Where been using Never Pest for about a month and a half. We live in the country and We had HUGE spiders. And a mice/rat problem due to grain bins. Jalen came out and sprayed and set humane traps for the rodents and we haven’t seen a single spider or rodent since! Highly recommend! They’re local aswell so that’s is always a plus!

We had a Nice Rodent problem. When i spotted a baby one it was time to pay attention to them. Thanks to Neverpest The problem was solved in A week. with one visit but they do a follow-up! Very satisfy and reasonable cost. No more Rodents and it's been a ŷear and some change.

We have used multiple pest control places in the past and had little to no success, but since we have hired Never Pest 2 years ago we have never had any mosquito issues outside or bug issues in the house. We called Jalen at NeverPest after being invaded by mice, living in the country surrounded by fields, it’s inevitable. He was able to come out quickly, assess our issues, and address them. That same day we had an action plan and a remedy to move forward. Having a stranger in all areas of your home is not a comfortable thing for us, but Jalen is very friendly and respectful, instantly calms any worries. He shows up when scheduled and works efficiently to get you back to your day. Communication with him and Lori (who schedules visits) is always very easy. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE their service! Neverpest has been performing perimeter pest control on my home for a couple of years now. We do not have ANY of those little annoying ants inside the house, no spiders, no bugs, (I hate bugs!) and none of those pesky little fruit flies. I had a nasty ant problem and when looking for pest control in my area, I stumbled across NeverPest. I reached out late evening, talked with Lori and was able to get on their schedule within that same week. Jalen came out. He went over my questions and concerns. Guaranteed safety for my family and pets. Within a day of him coming out, I saw little to no activity of pest. He came back two weeks later for a follow up and I have not had any ant issues since.
