Wr have used NCPC for termite inspection and then setup quarterly treatments. Very pleasant man to deal with. We look forward to seeing him every 3 months.

We had a really good experience with Dave! He was very patient with all of my many many questions and answered them with kindness. I was impressed with his professionalism! We have never had bed bugs before and knew very little about them… I liked that he drove to our house first to assess the situation before scheduling treatment. Not all exterminators will do that. He seemed very thorough when treating and showed grace for the prep that I wasn’t able to get done beforehand. I really appreciated his knowledge about his line of work and felt like I could trust him compared to another option that we tried to call. Prep takes a lot longer than 1 day, so if someone says they can be there that fast, I’d be wary. It took us a week and a half to prepare! After 2 treatments, Dave seemed confident he had eradicated the pests (so thankful we caught them 3 days after bringing them home — It’s definitely best to treat early)! I will highly recommended North Central’s services to anyone looking for an exterminator and would call them again, if we ever need it.

We have North Central Pest come to our house to spray for spiders and other bugs, and inspect for termites. They responded in a timely manner when we had a problem with wasps. They are professional, courteous, respectful, and answer any questions I may have.
