Elijah is very professional, punctual and thorough. He has been my service technician since my first call, when I thought I had termites, but I learned that the insects were Carpenter ants instead! They are still uninvited guests and Elijah began his plan of discouraging their making my home theirs. Elijah is a very nice, respectful and friendly young man!

Nothing bad man. Came, got the job done, informed me of a couple things, said Rose is available if any issue were to arise, and assured me that the issue was taken care of. I seen the huge nest he got out and I’m very satisfied with the service. Elijah did a great job!

We had Rose for years and was very happy with them. Rhett, our bug guy (as my kids called him), was great. Even took my kids around to "but hunt" with him. However, when we signed up years ago, they told us that for continuing customers, they never raised their rate over 1% for existing customers. Even told us a story about a woman who was only paying like $100 a year because she had been a customer for so long. After numerous years of substantial increases in price, we finally had to unfortunately stop. Sad because they were great. Just feel upset that in the beginning the sales person was not truthful.....or we were never told of a policy change.

First, I had been getting bee extermination services, from the company that bough them out, Indiana Pest Control and was very pleased with their service. The first thing that happened, was they lied about what chemicals they would be using and told me I would receive the same service that I had been receiving. Then, the tech lied to my wife AND his supervisor about where he treated the house. After multiple calls and discussions with the manager and informing him that I had outside cameras, so I knew exactly what was treated, they came back for a follow-up. Unfortunately, they still did not use the proper treatment and I now have more than 2 dozen more holes in my Log home, AFTER they treated it with what was supposedly, the best on the market. Very disappointed in their service and by far my worst decision to trust this company.

If you call for yourself or your business, you have to give all your personal information before they can even give you a quote, also they don't offer any information such as if you can get a free consultation or inspection without gathering your personal information. I don't feel comfortable with that business model.

I will not recommend anyone use rose pest control this was the poorest service I have ever received. august 12th josh was supposed to come to my home and find out how the rodents were getting into my home he did none of the sort.josh came and placed about six or seven old fashion mouse trap in various locations which I could have done for about twenty dollars not the 280 I paid to them. When I called to make a complaint about Josh's poor service they sent him back out which was a complete waste of my time he did walk around the outside of the house and point out a few spots he thought they might be getting in but did not fill the holes like they said he should have when I mentioned it to him that he was supposed to fill the holes as they had said on the call he laughed it off and said my fault I dropped the ball .PLEASE DO NOT USE ROSE PEST CONTROL!!!!!

Called several times and also used online chat. After 5 conversations I was informed they would schedule someone to come out and give a free inspection and a quote for service. After answering multiple questions over the phone i was inforned that their service would be $1200 per apartment for one treatment and only guaranteed for 90 days. Each apartment is less than 600 sq. Ft.. what a joke!
