There isn't nothing to show, other than what we did when he came out. He was very kind about everything. He actually made me feel wonderful afterwards because we were told we had to leave the house for about 3 hours, when he said we do not have to leave. It didn't take long for him to go through everything. He did a good job.

We receive a phone call a week or so before the Insight tech person comes. But when they come, they don’t leave a note on the door, there is no sign of them having done anything. I am not doubting that they do, but I have no way of knowing if they have even been here. It’s very difficult to rate service that I don’t know if it actually occurred. A year or so ago I actually did see a tech person and he was very friendly and thorough.

This place is a scam!! If you hire them and their “treatments” don’t work and decide you don’t want them anymore…They will try to charge you $300 to terminate your “service”…they don’t follow up after a treatment to ask how things are because they know “their special spray” doesn’t work….want me to pay $50/month for nothing…still have ants, spiders, and mice BUYER BEWARE!! Use orkin…guy showed up unannounced with a big wad of chewing tobacco in his mouth mumbling that he’s here to spray something outside and wasn’t very polite at all.

Jeremiah arrived during the suggested window time frame. He gave me some sticky bug traps. He explained about the treatment and it's ability to stay effective during wet conditions and the purpose of the treatment.

Dylan was very through in performing his work. Very polite and professional.

Jon was very pleasant. However I would have appreciated if he would have announced when he arrived. No phone call, door bell or knock on door. Saw him walking on the deck. He was very responsive in addressing my problem areas once I pointed out.

Sales guy showed at my door saying my neighbor took the service, I believed him and took the service as well. But he cheated, my neighbors didn't take it. The Bugs didn't go away and on top of it, very poor customer service. DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRAP. I would give zero rating if possible. Highly dissatisfied with Insights Pest.

2nd visit today. Reloaded locked mouse poison containers. Started gopher extermination plan. 1st visit about 3 months ago. Eradicated difficult wasp nest. Set mouse containers. External spider clearing and repellent. Monthly payment plan charges seem high. Difficult to know in advance what services would make sense for us. Consultation at first visit necessary for decision-making. Very helpful. Answered all questions.

Absolutely the worst. Their spray does not work. The supposedly have a guarantee for services. However, all that means is they will continue to come back and spray the same inferior non working product over and over. We have a brand new house and we’re having a problem with spiders. This company did nothing to help with that. Several of my neighbors complained about their product as well. I have called and complained over and over and nothing changes. They just keep showing up. I tried to cancel services but they wanted to charge me- even though they have a guarantee that their services work and why would I pay to cancel for a service that was utter garbage... do yourself a favor and go to the store and get your own product a d spray yourself. This company is utterly useless
