Very professional to deal with. Explained my problem on the first phone call and was offered solutions. They came out and inspected the property for free and gave their recommendations. We took their advice on treatment and have not seen one wasp or ant since they treated our home. Would highly recommend.

I am allergic to wasps, and i make it known to pest contol services... John is by far the absolute best! I have had issues with wasps in the past and Bug free is by far hands down the best, he goes above and beyond and actually cares about his clients and wants updates to see if he should return. I have had other pest controls who sprayed once and never returned even though they said they would and seemed annoyed that I called them back. John actually wanted the updates to see if he needed to come back.

John and Mandy are very professional, caring, patient people. They explained what they were doing and what we needed to do as well as answered questions and took time to answer texts. They are THE BEST and I would refer them to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding job. I had informed them around 3 in the afternoon on a Friday that wasps were getting into my house. I had located where they were and understood that because it was so late in the day and we were leaving town that if they couldn't get to me by the end of the day, I could wait until Monday. They immediately told me they would make the trip up north to get it taken care of considering the wasps were getting into my home. They were incredibly informative throughout the process, I was fully comfortable allowing them into my home while I was away, all the wasps are gone, and even received photo and video of how well everything was working. John and Mandy are incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful, and they’re also great with our dog while on the job! We had a fantastic experience.

Have had carpenter ants, that I tried treating myself several times. John and Mandy came out and treated the entire house for general pests and special for the ants. Have seen very good results with no more "saw dust" from ant damage, and lots of dead ants. I did call them back as I was noting more dead ants a month after their initial treatment. They came out right away to inspect and retreat under warranty agreement. John and Mandy are both very professional and friendly even with my pets.

In August I chose this company because he told me would come out anytime in 90 days to spray if seen any roaches he has been here twice and my house is still full of them I'm a bit of a neat freak and clean everything so I'm unsure were they are hiding he was super friendly I'll give him that but these bugs must love the spray ugh

They were very efficient & came back a second time to get rid of more Yellow Jackets! Highly recommend them!

We had some yellow jackets in our soffit. Some of them didn’t want to die. John had to persuade them to die again. Great service and great people. Highly recommend.

1950's house, so it has its fair share of places bugs can get in. Saw mostly ants and some spiders last year in spring/summer. Had them do interior and exterior. Literally no issues after that. Now that it's about a year later and the weather is getting better some bugs are trying their luck, so I had them do interior and exterior again. Very effective and thorough, and I've never needed "monthly sprays" or anything like that. Would recommend to anyone having issues with bugs in the home.

While the exterminators were nice and professional that's where my good review ends. I'm super frustrated. Despite multiple treatments, the cockroachs we've been dealing with are still around. I've done everything the exterminators have instructed me to do. I'm so sick of seeing the roaches! I can't afford yet another treatment right now. When money allows I'm going to have to find someone else. I'm so frustrated 😡

I had a swarm of paper wasps using and abusing my house daily! You couldn’t enter or leave my home without paying a toll to the wasps. I called BugFree and SAME DAY he came out and took care of the problem. I haven’t had any issues since. I will ALWAYS call this company if I have any pest issues.

Wouldn’t recommend they had to come to My house 5 times and the issue never disappeared. John was Very unprofessional, a Waste of 300$

Very expensive, can't do the job the first time. Do not follow up, when you call them they over charge again. They rip you off. Very greety, Had another exterminater do the same job for a third of what they charge, the only bugs I find now are dead ones.

They’ve been coming to my apartment since December/January for cockroaches, they’ve claimed to come in and spray but only lay down brown goop on everything and they haven’t touched or done anything else but make sure that nontoxic poison is still intact. It’s been almost a year and they’re just getting worse.

Was told someone would call me right away. Never heard anything.

Very rude technicians who have no idea what they are doing and are just flat out lazy. Don't bother with the free estimate, the guy who came out couldn't have been more concerned with leaving as soon as he could. As a former pest control tech of 4 years in Florida, I have an idea of what im talking about when it comes to bugs... only reason I needed them to come out was I don't have access to the industrial chemicals, but was told I didn't have a bug problem as the guy kept getting bit talking down to me.

I left my home went to the store was gone a total of 22 min during this time a man came,sprayed, and then left. So the receipt stated he was in my home for 40 min but he was in my house for 14 min total. The owner tried to make it right and gave me another spray for free however he sent the same man who lied in the first place. I payed $800.00 for them to not do what they were hired to do....

I am a tenant running from a landlord Southside of Fort Wayne the landlord is using their service at States is supposed to control ants my landlord knows that there is an ant problem outside why would he not tell Carl to spray outside if he is spraying inside. I look through my window and notice that my mattress was moved up against the wall I thought that's odd not caring about the contamination I enter my apartment noticed my comforter and two pillows laying on the carpet. completely disrespected my bed linen why would he spray my mattress knowing that it is brand new do not use their service. they are terrible.I am now going to be taking the service to court in regards for a brand new mattress and bed linen and pillows highly pissed the f*** off

Not friendly at all, secretary didn't know where her employees were when it was time for my appointment. Rude customer service. I asked a few questions, were not sure of anything. Couldn't tell me if they were in the house and told me I wouldn't know until I moved my stuff into the new house and they came out. By then it would've been to late Wanted to spray and charge me even though he didn't know for sure and didn't even walk through the house. Didn't look at anything at all. Will never call or recommend them to anyone I know. If I could post this with no star I would've but it makes me mark at least one star... NO STAR AND BAD SERVICE

Moved into an apartment with bed bugs so carl came and did treatment 3 times and they are still in my place, they said they wouldn't do it anymore without more money, when really they should guarantee their product works, and my landlord paid them $1200

5 visits for fleas still have them and the gentlemen that has been out all 5 times acted like I'm lying about the fleas still being here , terrible service if ya ask me
