We called Bats B Gone after being told by a large pest control company we had a serious bat problem in our attic that would cost multiple thousands of dollars to remediate. I cannot say enough good about Galen from Bats B Gone who chose to honest with us, telling us there was some evidence of bats at some point in time but that remediation was not a rush and that replacing the roof (as needed in the near future) might resolve our problem. Honesty is a breath of fresh air in a profession where deceit can make a sale. I will not hesitate to use Bats B Gone in the future, if needed, or recommend them to others. Thank you, Galen!

We found a bat in our great room during a winter storm and Galen came over that day, and calmly put the bat in a mesh bag. He said he would wait for warmer weather to take care of the bats. He then followed up in the spring with pictures, etc. He then sealed all the points of entry. Galen and his team today just finished taking care of our bat issue. Galen removed the Bats in 2019... Climbed and checked every inch of the roof and overhang.. checked and sealed every possible opening after removing ALL the Bats.. Just Today he cam back for a recheck and we had one place where the Bats were hanging out near the top of the chimney.. 30 ft up... He checked and fortunately no entrance had been made, then he sprayed the Bat area as a preventive. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT WORK, GREAT PRICE

Finally had to wave a surrender flag to the bats making a home in my attic and called Bats B Gone. Galen immediately answered my call and was out the next morning to determine the level of bat problem I had. He is extraordinarily professional and was quick to remediate my attic issue. I would not hesitate to call Bats B Gone if you have a problem. Yes, it will cost you, but it will be worth it, because bats do not leave your home on their own they will only multiply! I can now sleep at night knowing they're finally gone!

I have been very impressed so far with Bats B Gone!! My husband and I have dealt with Critter Control and that was a complete waste of money. Our bat problem was never fixed and we were out a lot of money. The guy who came out was SO quick to come, very knowledgeable, and confident in what he was doing! All and all a very reasonable price as well! When he came out and gave us a quote he even removed a bat that was in our attic. So far so good and would recommend anyone to give them a call if you have a bat problem!!
