I've used them for a year or two now and started off well but had horrible experiences of late. Someone came out to do a quarterly spraying and he was there for literally a few minutes and during the time he asked me if I would like him to spray the baseboards. I've been a customer for a few years now and the only complaint I have is that I should not have to call every month to make sure my service time is when I am available. I have set a time and requested the tech call me before arriving and yet I have to call to make sure every time. That should be set in my account info. I also think that when they call to let you know they are scheduling your service they should leave a time as well.

We thought we might have an issue in our crawl space with all the rain lately. While Mike with Yes Pest Pros was here a few days ago, we asked if when he put the mice bait in the crawl space, would he check a certain are that we thought might have got water with all the rain. He said "sure" and reported to us all was "dry". We really did appreciate him doing that.
