I always call Burt's for any pest issues. Time and time again, they have come through to resolve any pest issues we've had. They return to make sure they have remedied the situation. We'd been having an issue with what we thought were simply honey bees due to their size, lack of aggression, and the fact they were congregating under our siding at about 3 feet above the ground. Having tried to persuade them to vacate using some off the shelf treatments (both organic and chemical-based) to no avail, I called Burt's, and Autumn scheduled a tech for the very next day. When Andrew showed up, his professionalism was forefront and center, recognizing our issue was actually with yellow jackets. As they were incredibly active in the afternoon sun, we agreed on a treatment early Saturday morning. Andrew's diligence paid off with 100% success! He even stopped by later the same day to check that the issue had been resolved to our satisfaction. I can't give enough accolades to Burt's—from office staff to tech representation—for their attention to the customer's concerns, to the profession manner with which they follow up on their service. All this to say, if you are in need of pest control, I highly recommend Burt's. They are on our list of preferred contractors.

We had another pest control company work on our ant infestation for two months! The ants were literally driving us insane. Burts came one time and sprayed everything including under the house! That’s what should have been done from the beginning. Thanks so much for giving us back our sanity!! BURTS IS THE BEST!!!

Brandon and Dylan sprayed for bugs and did a termite treatment for me. They were professional, explained the process, and answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. As part of the termite treatment, they had to drill holes in concrete. They did a great job patching those holes. They also kindly removed all of the old termite bait stations around my property and a couple of partially buried boards they found. The trash pickup occurred while they were here and Brandon even rolled my trash bin up to my garage. What a gentleman! When I called the office to pay, Melissa was professional and kind, too. She made notes about some upcoming work to be done that will require them to return to complete a spot treatment. She assured me they would take care of that when the time comes and complete the work in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company.

Exceptional honesty and service! I visited my garage gym at 5am, only to find what seemed like thousands of termites pouring in. Concerned, I called Burt's and was pleasantly surprised by the receptionist's calm and expertise. After a few questions, she assured me they were swarming ants, not termites, and explained they were harmless. Most importantly, she could have recommended unnecessary treatments or even sent someone over to charge me money, but chose honesty instead. Such integrity is rare and earns my trust completely. Burt's will definitely have my business in the future!

Kiel from Burt's came out to my house and sprayed. He was so kind and patient with kids toys and clothes all over the floors. He wore booties to not get my house dirtier and was so good at explaining what they were doing and why. It was interesting to hear how they are constantly implementing new methods to not hurt the honeybee population, etc, as they get rid of pests. I'm so happy to use them. I totally trust them and appreciate their efforts to be honest, honorable, and pleasant to work with. 5 stars easy!
