I was very excited for this service, I spoke with Joe on the phone and he was amazing and answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Patrick came out yesterday and sprayed for our 1st application and I see this today on our entire fence. He spray half up our black wood composite fence. I called customer service and she asked if I hosed it down, not yet because I was running out of the house but I’m gonna have to pray that soap and water will take this off. Please don't use this company their staff is not supportive and the their managers even don't care your business. Recently I have made a complaint that I have a grub and weeds problem but they want my payment in advance which we have already mailed to them for the grub and weeds treatment. I have tried many time that my yard has been destroyed due to the grub issues but one of their Tec don't want to hear and he was happy to close our account. Just on the side note my payment was never late. Bad
