Spiders have taken over my home. I was told they would get rid of them and the spider webs. 2 months later I still have spiders and they never removed any spider webs.

Be careful with this company. If you call for a specific service they will add on all different services and you will be paying triple what you were quoted. They are awful to deal with and you will never get out of their contracts without paying outrageous amounts of money. They do not get rid of the pests that you are trying to eradicate. However, you will still pay the bill. Just beware!

The agent was very aggressive in terms of selling the service but when the agent came what I was none of that that happened. When I called to cancel the service since I'm within a 48-hour window I still have not got any call back

Was promised services from a door to door salesman that was never delivered. Services seeemed incredibly random. Should've trusted my gut instinct. Was under the impression I was on a ONE year contract, well that extended itself. Transferred three times to cancel my account. They did keep pests out of my home I cannot deny that, however their business practices and customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth. Use cautiously.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I initially called them because I’ve seen a few mice around my house so I spoke to a representative and told them what I wanted. The guy on the phone knowing exactly what I needed/requested, signed me up for a subscription that had nothing to do with what I needed!!!!!!!!!! I found this out the next day when a technician came out to my house and told me it was going to be $650 extra to fill in the holes and cracks. I immediately called the company and canceled my contract, but they are still charging me $150 even after them taking away the traps they had initially set!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! I will be disputing this charge with my bank

Do not be taken by their “guarantee.” They DO NOT have a guarantee of any kind. If you are not happy with the service they will gladly come out and respray, and then charge you fully for the spray. Their mosquito service last approximately a week. So it costs you 2-3X more to keep your property clear of mosquitoes.

Called for a quote for removing a wasp nest. The person went on a rant about their maintenance service and other stuff. I asked that I was only interested in a one time service and if they could provide an estimate. Despite mentioning it a few times that I was only interested in a one time service quote, I did not get a straight answer. Based on my conversation, I would not trust this company. By the way, I did not end up getting their service.

Ever since this company acquired my local company, we have experienced nothing but issues. Today, I had my appointment cancelled, and NO ONE reached out to tell us. My wife took time off work to wait for a technician due to ants getting into the house. I called and asked and was told it was "due to unforeseen circumstances." It is what it is, but NO CALL!!!! Unacceptable!!!! Most likely to cancel after the rescheduled visit.

Horrible Service, Poor Communication, and Terrible Customer Service We learned a valuable lesson. I hope you do too! Don't answer your door if they come a-knocking. After a door-to-door sales guy convinced us to switch our pest control services, promising far more and better services, we mistakenly signed a contract with Greenix in May to manage ants, spiders, mosquitos, fleas, and tics. I guess it was my bad to assume the company we paid to take care of bugs was actually coming to take care of the bugs. We're a busy family of five so by the time I noticed no one had been to the house to spray for bugs, we were already five months into the contract. So for the past five months, we have consistently paid for their service, yet they have completely failed to uphold their part of the contract. When I called to cancel services, their customer service was appalling. Ethan, the second representative I spoke to, was condescending and rude, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills. Not only did he talk in circles and insist my expectations were unreasonable despite never fulfilling their obligations, they ultimately charged us $300 cancellation fee. Let me repeat, we paid monthly, they didn't execute their obligations, and then they charged us to cancel their services. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. We worked with another pest control company for five faithful years before making this change. Greenix displayed poor communication, awful customer service, and they should be ashamed of their practices (but rest assured, Ethan can sleep at night - he said so himself). So if you're looking for reliable pest control with good communication, and great customer service, avoid this company at all costs. They overpromise, underdeliver, and fail to take responsibility for their poor service. Absolutely unacceptable.
