I give a lot of respect to people who do jobs I do not want to do, but Platinum cuts every possible corner. They spray the traps, and act like they've gotten rid of your bugs. Then, when you try to explain the simple logic of why traps sprayed with big repellent having few bugs doesn't accurately represent the infestation being eliminated or even reduced, they are shockingly threatening and unprofessional. They treat us like we are idiots because we are in affordable housing. They try to gaslight me on top of cursing me out, saying I don't have roaches when I tell them that I see them and have to deal with them multiple times a day. They blame you instead of doing their jobs. They honestly stress me out so much.

I just moved into my apartment and they used this company to exterminate my unit. He checked and sprayed everywhere in kitchen and bathroom. He was very nice and polite.
