Smithereen is overpriced and the service is rude and unprofessional. Jerry Johnson, the rude service person, insisted on opening up our brand new siding rather than using the crawl space to address a bee nest in the crawl space. Jerry said he doesn't do crawl spaces. Jerry sprayed a couple puffs of "Delta Dust" under the siding. You can buy an entire bottle on Amazon for $26. They were supposed to spray under the entire house. Smithereen charged $250 for this. This company is notorious for charging your credit card for services that were never rendered. I had cancelled an appointment in December 2024. I had cancelled by text and made a phone call. I specifically stated I will call you back when I'm ready to reschedule. My debit card was charged for $135 today. I contacted someone through billing and told her the issue. She stated that I received service on 12/30 and only the outside was done. I said I never scheduled an appointment and why will I pay
