Smithereen is overpriced and the service is rude and unprofessional. Jerry Johnson, the rude service person, insisted on opening up our brand new siding rather than using the crawl space to address a bee nest in the crawl space. Jerry said he doesn't do crawl spaces. Jerry sprayed a couple puffs of "Delta Dust" under the siding. You can buy an entire bottle on Amazon for $26. They were supposed to spray under the entire house. Smithereen charged $250 for this. Just order the spray and save money

Overall, he provided exceptional customer service. I am also thankful to Jovanni Espinosa who keeps me updated on the phone with any ch
I had a great experience with paul. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they cared about doing the job thoroughly and safely. He inspected the problem areas carefully, answered all my questions with patience, and provided helpful tips to prevent future issues. What really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was handled properly before leaving. No
