I’ve used them for years but am a bit turned off by the incessant texts and emails I get about scheduling next service. Today they showed up unannounced, sprayed the exterior, and then sent me an invoice for the full amount. Perhaps it’s not clear that people are busy, not home, unable to schedule an appointment. Weird thing happened. Within 4 weeks of completing the $500 service.. my closet moths are still here. The sticky traps I bought on Amazon caught them, not the ones provided by the company. An entire towel was eatten by the larva. At the final inspection, I pointed out that my child's clothes appear to be getting new holes. I questioned the timeline. If a moth incubation period is 105 days... And we've been treating for 6 weeks.. how does that math work? Treatment was obviously not successful.
