For the past 25 yrs, we accepted that we would always catch about a half-dozen mice each fall in our 150 yr old house. One visit this past fall, sealing possible entrances spotted by the technician, lowered that number to 2 this year. After that visit, there is really noting for the technicians to do but their business model locks you into additional useless visits for $125 each. Able to get an appointment within one day of calling with concerns. Techs are very friendly. I did have to call and have another tech come out as the first did nothing active to address mouse activity in my kitchen. The first one told me of two possible points of entry but did not set any bait, traps, or copper stuffing like the second guy did. This review is addressing the first guy from West Chicago office.

They are affordable and they consistently showed up when I called. The tech was always nice. However after 5 visits in a 3-4 month time span, the bug situation hadn’t improved. Whatever product they use clearly doesn’t work. I canceled my contract and went back to my previous pest control company.
