I’ve used them for years but am a bit turned off by the incessant texts and emails I get about scheduling next service. Today they showed up unannounced, sprayed the exterior, and then sent me an invoice for the full amount. Perhaps it’s not clear that people are busy, not home, unable to schedule an appointment.
