Fast, friendly, efficient service. I’ve had other pest control places spray before while renting and they use stuff that I usually have to wipe a film of away after a month or so, and having animals that frustrates me, but when buying my first home, I used Scotty’s pest control and didn’t have to worry about any of that.

Scotty’s has always been prompt and they treat us and our home professionally. If I’m too busy to remember to schedule an appointment they’ll text me around when I’d normally have them out and ask if I need to schedule them. I give them a few dates/times we’re available and we get it set up.

Albert and his crew were very responsive when I needed pest control services. He answered all of my questions and was very respectful of me and my property. I've tried several products at the local hardware store without any luck , i finally broke down and called a big named company that tried to lock me into a contract , after several (no call/no shows)after the initial visit and the job not getting done. I canceled my contract and I called Scotty's.... not only was there a noticable difference after the first visit, the techs that came by told me what to expect , what the precautions should be and at a very affordable rate , and the biggest key showed up when stated. I will probably be calling them yearly to keep the pests away.

Guys did a great job on my termite inspection. Prompt and very professional. Will use them again.

Paid for terminix a year ago only guaranteed for 3 months. Scotty’s did a much more thorough job for half the price and guarantees it for 10 years. That’s why 5 stars. Much more knowledgeable and explained better than previous exterminator, leaps and bounds above their competition.

I used these guys a couple years ago and they did an excellent job. I don’t think they’re in business anymore because I’ve tried to make contact three times in one week via online and phone, there’s no way to leave a real message either way, just an online contact to leave your info and no way to send a voicemail. I guess it’s time to use a different service. Update: I eventually received a call and had the guys out again, they were friendly and courteous as before and dis an excellent job. Would definitely recommend them.

Have been calling and listening to a very long message telling me what they can take care of, just to leave a message numerous times and no1 ever calling back. Not sure how they stay in business if they don't even call back??

Will never call this company again!!! Have had them spray for spiders and asked them to come back twice because spiders are still there. Today our security cameras caught him urinating on our ornamental shrubs!!!!. And this was the owner!!! How disgusting!!! Broad daylight standing in my driveway!! Never again!!
