I have been with NATURESCAPE since 2014, 11 yrs. I have never had a problem with their service or their people. If I need them to come back and apply a 2nd or 3rd application because I have a real nasty weed that won’t die….they come back, the weed problem is solved. The office people are very helpful, kind, and knowledgable. I appreciate that, since I know very little about weeds. I suggest you give them a try. This is our 3rd year with Naturescape. When we received our receipt for payment, there was no itemization of the services we purchased, only the total amount, which was several hundred dollars. Because we made the purchase in person at the Decatur Illinois office, we had to ask the assistant there to write on our receipt what we purchased. Do not use them! They literally ruined my yard. I signed up for their weeds treatment and aeration with overseeding. I’m not happy with any of the services. The weeds were out of control and I had to call them again and again for extra treatments, and that’s why I postponed the aeration and overseeding until November. We have some bared areas in our yard and was told overseeding would fix the problem. To make sure I got the correct services, I asked the representative and the people who came for
