Great experience getting my house treated to prevent the crawling friends that come with spring. The technician was very professional and did a great job explaining the process of the work being done. Would definitely recommend and they offer a wide array of services!

Very pleased with how thorough Jason was with his inspection and attention to detail. He also checked in to explain when he found a situation was a bit worse than we had thought it was with ground hornets. Also recommend the service, I called on Tuesday and they were out on Thursday the same week.

We always look for local companies for any service need and would 100% recommend this pest control company. Our tech, Jason, did a great job! He explained the treatment process, how to keep the pets safe during/after treatment, plus next steps to make the treatment as effective as possible over the first 1-2 weeks. He was thorough and efficient while spraying inside and out. Our experience has been friendly and helpful from the initial call with Christy to set things up, to the actual treat today with Jason. Would recommend!

Used them twice, both times have by default acted like they signed you up for a subscription to their business. Why would I trust that you’re doing a good job if your business plan is to be needed on a monthly basis?

they make appointment with me twice time and no one show up while they charged my credit card already. I took a day off to wait for them , i called them early for make sure they will come because i dont want to wasted my day off and they said they will come but in the end of the day no one coming. Im so mad . Remember they did twice time like that

**Edit** A little over a week after we had our vents “cleaned”, we had our new HVAC system installed (everything but the vents and the return duct). When the installers were working on the return, they found a, larger than handful, of lint or cotton (maybe a mouse nest, who knows!?) in the return, and inside two other vents dirt and debris. We had already blown out the old HVAC system after it was “cleaned” and I had cleaned up the mess on the floors afterwards. When the new system was started, it blew out a bunch more debris out onto the floor. All of this wouldn’t have been there, had it been properly cleaned. For 6 vents, we paid over $350 for cleaning!! We called, were offered a “redo” because “mistakes happen”. Feeling swindled, we didn’t want them back. We were supposed to have some sort of agreement on a credit for the poor service and it never happened. Don’t use this company. They’re full of fake promises and they don’t follow through with their word. **Disregard** We had Healthy Home Pest come out and clean the vents of a pretty old system that was in dire condition. They were prompt, professional, extremely thorough, very pleasant and super helpful. The guys went above and beyond our expectations and we would definitely recommend them!

We had an ant problem on a home we just bought. We called this company. The spray they use doesn’t work. We had to keep calling them back out. They were scheduled to come out 6/15/2023 8-12pm. No show. We called and were told it was scheduled 12pm-4 and they would be out close to 1pm. It’s 4:40 at the time of this review and just called them again for no show and they replied it was scheduled for tomorrow not today. Tomorrow appointment was for rodents not ants. They said it’s 2 different techs. I will be canceling their service first thing tomorrow. WORD TO THE WISE…USE A REPUTABLE COMPANY!

Professional sales representative at point of contact but poor communication and delivery of services from there on out. They sprayed my neighbors home in error and then were very put out and rude when I waved them over to alert them that it was us that had paid for the services. Notably more expensive than others in the area and was hoping that their services would match this.
You don’t show me as a customer because the lady that came out basically sat on my couch and told me about her life and cried. Then hassled me to leave a review which I deleted because it was not true. Then afterwards you guys kept emailing invoices for a service I never asked for.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Literally the worst company I’ve ever experienced. Initially called for the brown recluse treatment, the guy showed up and (poorly) gave me the regular preventative service and charged me for the wrong service. I called and was promised that someone would come back out for free and give me the correct service, only for a technician to come out and tell me that the phone person doesn’t know what he’s talking about, and gave me the regular preventative service again, this time charging me for the brown recluse treatment on top of the regular treatment. So now I had been charged twice for the job still not being done correctly. I spoke with the owner who argued with me for over 15 minutes, refusing to give me a refund for the service and proceeded to make excuses for the technician’s poor service (his mom passed, he got fired, etc). After getting into a pretty heated argument, he finally budged and told me that he would refund my money. It’s now been 8 days, still no refund. I called and spoke with the woman who works “front office” and asked about my refund status. She told me this was the first time she had heard about this, even though this was the third time I had spoken with her. Hands down, out of every company I have ever given money too, this one takes the cake. Extremely rude, unreliable, manipulative, conniving and dishonest people I have ever dealt with. I would almost label this as a scam. Go with a reputable company and save yourself the hassle of having some inexperienced, unprofessional person come spray round up around your house. DEFINITELY do not pay extra for the brown recluse treatment since nobody who works for this company can agree on how to treat them.

They came out several times to treat our home for mites. Not only did the female worker insult my intelligents by telling me they weren't mites they treated my home for other bugs we did not have. Came out several times and we still have the same bug problem. Never use these people. Ever.

I give them one, because they have manged to stay in business. I was new to the IL area, and looked for a local Pest Control Service to sign up for annual Termite Service since the home I bought had previous infestation issues. I called, signed , and paid in full for my service with Healthy Home by 08th of April 2019. The one stipulation that I did discuss prior to signing with them was that I have four dogs and would need to have someone call approximately 15-20 minutes prior to arriving at my home (This goes directly to the managers statement that they are watchful of their customers interests. HUH!!) This service for placing Bait Stations, and servicing them quarterly as well as what is sold as Quarterly/Monthly Pest Control cost $540 inclusive of a $60 discount for paying upfront for the full year. It is currently 17th of NOV, and my quarterly service became unimportant once I was a customer. My termite stations were placed 02 April, then service again 27 June, and 25 Sept. And I had to call them to find out when I would receive my 4th bait (as you can see they don’t worry about quarterly or keeping to any schedule). As for the “Quarterly Pest Control” Well I received one on 31 March, then 30 May and NOTHING SINCE. Now I was told when I question this just yesterday, that they tried to call my cell but since I didn’t answer they just hadn’t rescheduled. SINCE MAY!!! I did let the manager know that was a crock since I respond to my cell phone and any calls missed in the same day. There was further issues, as on 30th of May when they came to service NO ONE called my home prior (which occurred a few times) but on this day the service provider not only didn’t call but marked my account as having serviced my property. This was impossible since my back yard has a privacy fence that is kept locked at all times. So when I got home and found the notice (obliviously a lie) I called the office to let them know they were misinformed by their own employee. They then gave me a $50 credit for my inconvenience. Then on 04 June they called to ask if I would like to purchase Mosquito Treatment, and quoted $50/ application and they would apply four times during the summer. I accepted and applied by credit, and then paid in full to receive another 10% discount so $135 for 4 applications. They came on 13 June, 26 July, 29 Aug. Then mid October called me to come and apply the final Mosquito application (REALLY IN OCT???) So I told them obliviously this should have been completed Mid-September at the latest, and that I WILL be expecting to get this final service early June of 2020. My problem with Healthy Home Pest Control & Services is they are not committed to excellence in ANY aspect of THEIR business. They DO NOT uphold any standard of integrity,or personal responsibility. I question their professionalism, and find it odd that their REAL job which is to come to your home on a SET SCHEDULE, but they don’t seem to have anyone capable of watching and monitoring the customers they are SUPPOSED to service. If you need a pest control that you can RELY on then DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! There is a lot of competition in this industry and if these guys can’t even comprehend QUARTERLY then seems to me once they have your money your just an after thought to them. I would be glad to meet with you. I have spoken to you on the phone I do believe, but you have my information give me a call. If you change my opinion I would be glad to note that in a new post. As for now... All I received was an email, and still waiting for my remaining service.

Very disappointed with the Customer Service, or lack thereof. Contacted and was told they would be out on Wednesday or Thursday. No one called to confirm with a time estimate. No one showed up. Called on Friday and was told that they had scheduled us for Monday between 12-2pm. Waited until 330 and called again and was told they would see if the tech would be able to make today. I told them to never mind. The person I spoke with said that maybe he had already been there. We've been home all day waiting so pretty sure no one showed. Would not recommend for service. I would give them no stars but not an option.
