I’m giving one star because I have to say they have always been prompt and courteous. My issue is that when performing our yearly inspection for termites, they’ve missed straight up evidence of them because they do NOT do a very thorough inspection. We’ve learned what should be happening during these inspections and it unfortunately didn’t and hasn’t been happening. We’re likely going to be stuck with thousands of dollars or repairs because of their negligence to do more thorough inspections. I’
