I’m giving one star because I have to say they have always been prompt and courteous. My issue is that when performing our yearly inspection for termites, they’ve missed straight up evidence of them because they do NOT do a very thorough inspection. We’ve learned what should be happening during these inspections and it unfortunately didn’t and hasn’t been happening. We’re likely going to be stuck with thousands of dollars or repairs because of their negligence to do more thorough inspections. I’d move on to another company for termites.

I LUV having Advantage Pest control Coming out and service my home. Dawn is awesome! She understands and she is extremely friendly and CARES. Tom came by and did an excellent job with the pest control. You should fire the rest and come to the BEST! What I like most is that they don't try to sell a long-term contract. They are interested in getting the critters out and making you a happy customer. Thanks, Dawn! GA
