Worked with Robert when we had mice in our home. He was great to work with and very thorough with his explanations. He did a great job following up and providing feedback to make sure our home is in great shape moving forward.

I wish I could give Andy and Robert more than 5 stars! They were amazing! We emailed Andy on a Saturday evening after noticing some activity in our basement. By Sunday we already had a phone call back from him to set up an inspection for coming week. Andy and Robert showed up on time and spent a good amount of time searching for signs of activity throughout our entire home. They found the source of the issue and immediately provided us the options to help remediate the issue. Andy was not pushy at all! Plus their services are reasonable considering the amount of care and attentiveness you will receive from them! Him and Robert then spent the next month making sure that all mice activity was taken care of, before completely sealing all the openings to our house! We were blown away with their professionalism, knowledge, and overall service!

With winter coming I wanted to take some preventive measures against any rodent infestation. Robert from Pro Prevent Pest Services showed up on time and checked my entire house, attic, basement and crawl space for any sign of rodent activity. (I live next to an open field) Robert also walked me around the outside of my home showing me areas where rodents can gain access to the inside house. Robert gave a running narrative while walking the property and was thorough in his explanation. He was extremely conscientious in filling all the gaps with copper mesh and foam. All for a fair price. I am very glad I contacted Pro Prevent Pest Services.

I would give Pro Prevent 10 stars is they were available. This company is incredibly thorough, professional and completely dependable. I have no doubt that my pest issue will be a thing of the past. They have been a pleasure to work with and speak with. Alec came out the day Andy's daughter was born and was evev communicating with me while his wife was in labor! That's dedication and commitment! I couldn't be happier with the service and confidence that I have if their abilities!

Andy and his team are great, super honest and reliable. Pricing is more than fair, results are like no other! We have tried various companies for our property which sits on over and acre and surrounded by trees, Pro Prevent was the only company who was able to help us resolve our mosquito issue!

Very responsive!!! We had a hornet issue at our warehouse and they were there within 1/2 hour. We WERE using Orkin for many years, they couldn't come see us for over a week and that was not acceptable, so we went on a search for a company to help with the issue quicker. We have since switched to their monthly service. Not really a savings cost wise, but the customer service is top notch! They are only a text or email away, and respond quickly! Our company is very supportive of local small businesses, ProPrevent is just another reason why we do that! You will not be disappointed!

Forget the rest…..because Andy is the best! I would recommend Andy for any of your pest control needs.He has helped me with yellow jacket ground nests twice and provided excellent customer service both times! I called Andy about a Yellowjacket nest on the side of my house. After 4 cans of Black flag I was getting nowhere getting rid of these things. Andy came out the next day and resolved my problem. There was a huge nest behind some landscape bricks that Andy extracted. Then he sprayed the area and put the landscape bricks back in place. If you have a similar problem, call Andy before things get out of control.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I would give them more then 5 stars if I could. I spoke to Andy 2 days ago about the carpenter bees that kept getting in the house. I saw one get into the house between a window screen and the wall. He suggested that we close all the windows and look at the outside of the house for holes in the siding/eaves and if anymore were found in the house to contact him. I checked the outside of the house and couldn't find any holes and there was only one in the house the next day but today there were 3 more. I called him and his partner was at my house 15 minutes later. He listened to the whole story and I showed him the bees that were killed in the house and he verified that they were carpenter bees. He checked the outside and inside of the house and even my attic could not find how they were getting in the house. So he did a spray treatment on the whole exterior of the house that will last 6 weeks and will take care of the problem. He explained what he was going to do, what the spray would do and how long it would last. If you are looking for a reliable, quick response and affordable pest control company...look no further!!!! They are extremely knowledgeable and do not try to upsell you any service that you do not need.

If you’re looking for one of those large pest control companies managing you via phone and sending random technicians out to do spotty services then this is not the company for you. If you’re looking for a local company, who educates you first, gives you a customized plan, definitely delivers in customer service and results…then here you go! I would definitely recommend Andy. He is super easy to talk to and will listen to what’s going on, then recommend your individualized plan. He’s not going to try and sell you a seasonal membership if you don’t need it which I found refreshing. I called him on Saturday morning. He was able to get to us by Saturday afternoon, which made my wife and my family. Very happy.

I appreciate the complete inspection of the outside and inside of the home. I appreciate the thorough assessment and easy to follow explanation of the problem and the root cause.
