always responsive, Steve Forsythe, of Fox Valley Environmental Pest Control, came quickly to solve my underground yellowjacket nest problem. what a relief!!

I walked into a new Yellowjacket behive in my garden while watering and was stung several times. Being allergic I ended up in the ER. When the dust cleared I had to get rid of this hive which was under one of my raised beds and in a very difficult location to eradicate. I phone a few Pest control companies and the first two insisted on poison which I didn't want in my soil where I have edibles. I then reached Fox Valley with a lot of questions so they put me in contact with Marty the tech. When I spoke to Marty he told me which exact garden safe products he would use. I quickly verified them to be a good safe choice. Marty also made me a priority knowing I couldn't risk being stung again and came out next day. We both suited up and I watched him do his work. I know a lot about bees but Marty really knew his stuff and I learned a few things I didn't know. He also said this hive being underground will need a few treatments. Marty stayed on top of it and called to say he's on his way back for another treatment. Now 1 week after 3 treatments no more Yellowjackets. Very pleased with these guys and keeping them on speeddial!
