Terrible customer service! I have a mice issue and they tried to take care of it with no success when I asked them to fix the problem the decide to drop me as a customer. Was a loyal customer for years. Absolutely disappointed with this company!!!

I have had Epic for quite awhile. They always do an amazing job. They always let’s me know if I have any problems to call and they will be back out. They always check in when they arrive and lets me know when they are done. I would highly recommend this company.

We bought a new cabin for renovation, only to learn the house had a bug and mice infestation problem. We needed a pest service once the renovations were done and found Epix. Their service is always prompt, professional and very responsive. Their prices are just right and we haven't had any pest problems since we started using them. Very good company!!

Called Epix last Wednesday to tell them about my problem with clover mites at my home , Lance came out the very next day to inspect (Thursday) and right away the following day (Friday) Hunter came and started the pest control treatment for these clover mites inside & outside of my home and lawn. These guy's are awesome!! Love the honesty, kindness, care and how quick they got to my home to explain & begin the process to get rid of these pests!! Here's an update from a year ago since Epix came out to treat these clover mites......Epix came out throughout this past year (March 2022-October 2022) and treated specifically for clover mites and while doing that their treatment was treating and killing other insects, bugs & ect as well. I have to say that their treatments WORK!!!!! The clover mites got all cleared up from last year and from the 100% infestation of clover mites throughout my whole entire home inside and out, I now see about 25% of clover mites for this new season and they have not spread out like they were at this time last year. That is really good from where I was with them until now. Clover mites take time to get rid of especially if you have them as bad as I use to have them. Lance had told me that the clover mites would come out again this year 2023 but that I would NOT see them full blown like before and he was right!!! Matt has already come out and treated for clover mites and of course other bugs for this season and I am looking forward in seeing these stupid clover mites continue to decrease and I have to say if you're looking for a pest control company please give Epix a call first. They are honest, kind, reliable and do an AWESOME job. THANK YOU Epix so much!!!!😃 Here's an update 9-11-23 So my clovers mites got all cleared up for this season in June 2023. The clover mites started a little later and cleared sooner for this season. They did not spread like wildfire like they had in the past years. I have to say that Epix's products have worked for me on these clover mites and while they're killing these clover mites their products are also killing other insects.They came to my rescue when the infestation of these clover mites was SUPER SUPER BAD!!! Matt and Boris are good, honest and loyal people to work with and they do take the time to listen and do everything they can to help their customers. I know I have said this before but I honestly want to say again that if you're looking for a pest control please consider in calling Epix first and ask for Matt. Thank you Matt and Boris!!!😊 Here's another update 8-7-25 I'm still having Epix Pest Control come out and spray my house. They are still helping me keep my clover mites under control and if I ever need them to come out to respray between scheduled services they come out from free to make sure I am taken care of. Again I will say that I appreciate Matt and Boris. They are still honest and loyal to work with and still take the time to listen and take care of their customers . Give them a call first if you're looking for Pest Control Services.

I’m very pleased with the service they provide. Epix removed wasp nests I didn’t realize I even had. Service tech very knowledgeable about product they used and price is affordable and reasonable. I never worry about bugs or insects at all. Highly recommend.

Epic has been great! When I have noticed wasps, ants or other bugs they are at my house in a few days to take care of the nasty critters. This year we have not even had one wasp!

Had a bad ant problem they were everywhere I couldn't get rid of them no matter what I bought and tried. Had them come out twice and I've never had a problem sense. Highly recommend these guys
