Signed a contract in July worst mistake ever their sales people lie had to have them come back to retreat because of spiders we didn't have a lot before but we get the same amount first month was 29 now it's 59 and a complete waste of money tried to cancel within 10 days of service $270 cancellation fee had to call the tech back worst 😡 company ever my neighbors are also unsatisfied and we will all be filling complaints with the BBB don't get their horrible service

Over-promised and under-delivered. Our house was never fully scrubbed of spiderwebs as promised and bugs were still making appearances even after additional sprays. When we decided to cancel due to lack of results, they slapped us with a ridiculous cancellation fee. It’s incredibly frustrating to be penalized when we held up our end of the agreement and they didn’t hold up theirs.
