David was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job. He was very thorough, getting every nook and cranny. He also cleared all spider webs and wasp nests from the exterior. I have been using NOVA for 2 years now, at home and at a contract building, and have been very happy with the cost and results. Update: Zach and his team at Nova Pest Control are amazing. We have used them for years now continue to be impressed by their professionalism, quality of service, and their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers.

I really cannot say how much I appreciate having Supernova Pest Control as my go-to people for pests! Zach (professional, punctual, friendly, and always kind to the curious neighborhood kids) is absolutely terrific to deal with; as is Autumn (the melodious voice behind the phone, who can also service your home and talk you out of a panic attack when you find a mouse has moved in without permission)! Unlike previous companies, Supernova feels like they have my back; questions and concerns are answered with a smile and dealt with promptly, and I am never made to feel "silly" for being curious or made to feel like I am overreacting for asking for special attention to an area that I know usually brings problems at a certain time of year. I could write a book about how great my experience with Supernova has been. Very happy with their service. We have been using them for multiple years now and highly recommend. They do great work and take pride in what they do. I once asked for them to return as I thought there were some missed spots and they came out and did the job and no charge. Worth the money!

Super Nova Pest Control is awesome, Zach was courteous and responsive. I called about a carpenter ant problem and he was at the house to assess within 4 hours. Also was diligent about using non-toxic solutions near our berry bushes. And what separates them from the competition, NO CONTRACTS! Although I plan to continue their service, I take comfort in knowing I'm not locked in to a 2 year commitment if money gets tight.

Really been pleased with service and results I have a crawl space under my house used to have spider webs everywhere and yes Black Widows now when I’ve been in crawl space no webs.about a year ago they came out and resprayed for no additional cost when I felt it was ineffective against Wasps they happily re sprayed

We’re extremely grateful for Nova pest control! We had an insane amount of ants, earwigs, and all kinds of spiders year round, inside and out and since Nova has come and sprayed quarterly for us, we’ve had NO issues!! I can’t even remember the last time I saw a spider in our house!! They’ve also taken care of mice so we don’t have to worry about them invading our shop! We HIGHLY recommend Nova!! The piece of mind they provide is incredibly affordable too!
