So sad you can't get what you asked for even with a drawing. My cement pad was pored with the curved end going the WRONG direction so they had to fill in the dirt areas with pavers. It looks like a child did it with no rhythm or reason. So disappointed with it all, not to mention all the rock and pieces of wood I had to rake up in the yard after they left. Very expensive and not worth it!

I’m not a fan of this company; my neighbor contracts them to do their lawn and week after week definitives crew feels compelled to mow a foot give or take into my lawn. I don’t appreciate this as I keep my grass at a different height so when it’s 100 degrees plus my lawn stays green. If my neighbor wants their lawn mowed to the earth and desires a golden harvest tone to their lawn that’s fine; I do not! To anticipate the owners response- I shouldn’t have to educate your crew or make any contact with your company as to where a clear boundary line is as the survey pin is clearly visible in the grass; and it shouldn’t be difficult for a professional lawn crew to walk a semi straight path to the fence post on the side of YOUR customers property.

Sean's crew removed my old lawn in a day, poured approx 300 feet of concrete curbing and hydroseeded my new lawn a second day! The work was excellent and fast. Can't wait to mow the new lawn!

I have hired Definitive a couple times. I have been happy with the services they provided. They did curbing around my fence line and a tree circle. I also had them clear the weeds along the fence line and put down weed barrier and rock. They made a block patio around my shed so it was easier for me to clean up birdseed from under my bird feeders. Sean and his crews are great to work with!

Had a very bad experience with this company...lowsy sod, not level and bad quality...also, said they could build a new deck and didn't get a permit...not to code and has to be completely redone!!! It's a tear down now, with another company having to redo the entire deck!!! Also, I'm already into the for several thousand dollars and have nothing to show for it!!! Be careful with this company..I would give them minus stars if it were available!!!

This outfit does great work, they came all the way up to Pierce and laid our curving. Looks great and holds up well in the winter. Two thumbs up!!!

Definitive Landscape did our retaining wall, sprinkler system, and seeded our lawn. We had a few issues and had some trouble getting them to come back. We eventually got things fixed, and we are happy with the results.

Had a good experience with Sean and his crew. They built us a 3. ft. high by 170 ft. long retaining wall that turned out really well. A 12 station sprinkler system and hydroseeded our yard. And Sean was very good about staying in contact with us throughout the process. My only issue at all was that the yard prep could have been better.

I had to have a lot done over. Valley geeen had to finish the sprinkler system and a lot of the liner did not get covered up
