We're here for the purpose of freeing your home from unwanted pests including bed bugs and mosquitoes in a safe and effective manner and during a time that is convenient to you. We understand that life gets busy, we get it, we have families too! We are flexible, we will schedule your pest service for a time that works for you. Saturday services are available we also offer Same Day service if you call before noon (M-F).

John was really polite and seemed knowledgeable about what to do with the bugs we are dealing with. Upon moving in to our new house, it had been quite infested from lack of care, especially around the trees and wood chip ground cover. He listened as I pointed out the problem areas and promised that he would take care of it, hitting the areas with both spray and granules. When he found one spot that had a lot of spiders, he came back to warn me of the area that had been sprayed and to be aware of them until the treatment does its job. Over all, he was easy to work with.

They raise rates without making the customers aware, and force the employees to lie and tell them we sent out an email. The website states all the technicians are veterans, and that's a lie. There is not a real veterans discount, as they don't give the veterans the $40 free large bait station, as they do for other customers. That's a wash. Don't trust this company, and if you have any questions or concerns, and would like pure attitude, ask for the office manager, Jamie. Update: Thank you for your service Scott. Thank you for fixing the website, stating that all technicians are veterans. Also, thank you for just now changing policy to give the veterans the free large bait station. I'll take credit for that, because you absolutely were not doing that before my post. I do appreciate your response, however, you minimized a lot. You absolutely raised rates and made employees lie beginning about a year ago January 2025. Please also admit no technician is a veteran, besides you. Please respect truthful and honest feedback from an anonymous person. Thanks for your service though!

However, we always want to address any concerns if someone feels they had a negative experience. <br><br>Like many small businesses, we did make a pricing adjustment after several years due to the rising cost of materials and services. It was not an easy decision, and we always strive to keep our customers informed.<br><br>Our website states that I am a U.S. Navy veteran, and while not all of our technicians are veterans, we are proud to support those who have served. We offer veterans a 50% discount on the initial service and provide a large bait station as part of that service.<br><br>If you feel like you did not receive the service or discount they expected, we would absolutely like the opportunity to look into it and make things right. Hi Kenny,<br>Upon listening to your call it looks like your wife contacted us about maggots/flies coming out of a vent and was wanting a one time service, which we do not offer for flies because it wouldn't yield the results you are looking for. We provided a quote on our annual program which would allow us to return to your property multiple times if needed to remedy the situation at no extra cost which was declined. Ruben was great! I did not follow him around but I assume that everything was completed as I was told it would be. The garage was my primary concern, however I do not see any evidence that the garage was sprayed. Also did not see the application of the granular barrier put down. I was going to confirm with Ruben that the garage was sprayed but when I went to do that he had already left. Will pay closer attention at the next service. Thank you

So disappointed in my experience with this company. First off, they make you sign up for a year contract. While I understand they want to ensure that pests (particularly mice, like we had) are dealt with, which does take time as you have to break the breeding cycle, it still seemed like over kill to commit to a year. But we had a huge infestation and were overwhelmed so we agreed. However, all they did for our mice was throw down some bait and stuff some steel wool in a couple of vents. Second, this contract does cover cob web removal and bugs, however we never had a problem with bugs, that is until Affinity started spraying for them. Then we couldn't get rid of the bugs. When we let them know we were having problems, despite them coming out more frequently, their solution was to charge me extra to employ additional tactics, despite the fact I was promised that they would ensure full pest control for only my monthly fee. For the cob web removal, every time they did a shoddy job and never actually removed the webs. Third, their internal communication is horrible. They text you a few days before hand to let you know they are coming but not the day of and not the time. When I called to request this (as I work from home and have reactive dogs) our technician still never gave us a heads up. We had never ending problems with our technician, including not doing a thorough job, forcing his way into our back yard when I didn't answer the door, leaving my gate open so that our dogs got out and never remembering what services we had. When I would contact the office to let them know my requests and concerns, they ensured me they would correct them. Despite this though, the same technician was sent out who constantly provided poor work. To sum all of that up; If you want to pay hundreds of dollars a year to be constantly micro-managing technicians who only make your pest problems worse, then this company is for you. Otherwise, go to Hope Depot, buy some bait and buy spray and spend the 5 minutes a month to spray and bait your own home and save yourself the 40 bucks a month.

We genuinely regret that your time with us didn’t meet your expectations. <br>Upon listening to your initial call, Mike offered you a One Time service or a yearly service, in which you chose the yearly. He also went over details of everything that we will do to help you out. We also called you after the initial service to ensure everything was up to standards and sent an email going over the program specifics. <br>I apologize that webs were missed and looked at the account appointments, both times we tried to come out and fix this, the appointments were canceled/rescheduled per your request. As far as the extra cost, there is a small cost for our foggers in the crawlspace which was discussed and agreed upon before setting up the appointment. <br>We send out text and email notifications of services 3 days in advance for customers, allowing time to let us know if they have a specific needs or request. We have no problem notifying the day of service and we added that in the notes when you asked us to, but this was not brought to our attention until 10/14/24. At that time we updated your account to text ahead of every service and do not enter the backyard without permission. I'm sorry the gate was left open as this isn't acceptable and I wish this was brought to our attention before the review to address this accordingly. <br>We always strive to provide excellent customer service in all areas. Read the fine print of their contract. Unnecessary charges do not match the word of mouth agreements. I would choose one of their competitors like Alpha pest instead over affinity.

Looking over the account it shows we have reached out with 15 calls, 14 emails and 6 Text messages as well as sending a paper invoice with no response from a unpaid Invoice from July. Unfortunately the account goes into collections after a certain amount of time that is past due. We are a small business and we have multiple options to help our customers out with communication. Im honestly being really generous with this one star. Im going to sound like a karen but im fed up with this company. They have terrible service. When it comes to scheduling a day and time don't bother, we told them we could only do Saturdays and they would always schedule on a day that wasn't a Saturday. Then they would lie and say they came and sprayed the inside of our place but no one was there to even let them in. We called them several times and gave them many opportunities to fix their mistakes because we understand things happen, but of course something always happens. We called to cancel our subscription with them and they were saying everything was our fault! That we were the problem and then they charged us to cancel our subscription. Do not go with this company they're absolutely terrible.

When it comes to scheduling and time frames, your 1st appointment was scheduled on a Saturday and it was never implied from either party that only Saturdays were needed. On our last phone call is when you first mentioned requiring Saturdays, and you declined. Had it been brought to our attention earlier we could have worked with you as we do have the option to customize preferred Day and Time Frames. When on service with us you also receive reminders 3 days prior to your service, this is to help avoid scheduling conflicts. During one of your services, you were not home, so the tech treated the exterior only. It was never implied he treated the interior without you being home, the work order was updated when he returned that same day to complete treatment of the interior. <br>We are sorry you had a bad experience and will use this as an opportunity to continue to strive for outstanding service

The person who answered the phone call and the sales person were extremely rude when I called. I get it that it's Sunday you don't want to work but that kind of attitude is not appreciated. When I asked more question, the sales person gave me sarcastic jokes and laughed. I have no idea what kind of business is this that you treat your customers like this. But will not start the service with this business nor recommend to anyone.

BEWARE THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR SERVICE CONTRACT. I signed a 1 year service contract on August 4th 2020. The initial service was in the $300-$400.00 range with 3 quarterly follow up's at $99 each. Their quote of service was, if you have any insect/bug problems between services, "just call us and we will come our and take care of it". They made their last service call in mid June. Today (7/3/2021) I called because we had an abundance of the skinny little pinched bugs and wanted them to spray again. There response was "your contract is over and unless I sign a new contract they would not come out. My contract as I see it ends August 4th, 2021. They are not honoring their contract. This is their commitment on their site: "We know the misery that accompanies waiting around all day for a pest problem to be addressed or bending over backward to keep an inconvenient appointment. That’s why, at Affinity Pest Control, we don’t expect you to do any of that. We’re happy to offer same-day service when you call before noon and available Saturday service to work around your schedule. If you want a pest control company that works for you, not the other way around, the choice is clear". I'M NOT SIGNING A NEW CONTRACT BECAUSE $99 IS FAR TOO MUCH FOR WHAT YOU GET AND THEY WON'T HONOR OUR CONTRACT.

While on this program it includes free service calls at any time if pests start to increase. Early June we spoke about pricing, you stated you had a door knocker offer you a lower rate of $65, which we could not match. You stated you wanted to cancel after your June service. When you cancel the service, the service stops. You called in July wanting a service call, when you are no longer a current customer. We offered to reinstate the service (which would not require another contract) and provide a free service call, which you declined.
