They raise rates without making the customers aware, and force the employees to lie and tell them we sent out an email. The website states all the technicians are veterans, and that's a lie. There is not a real veterans discount, as they don't give the veterans the $40 free large bait station, as they do for other customers. That's a wash. The process of getting details and getting service was seamless from start to finish. Jordan was great to talk to about what I needed and clear pricing. Levi came to do the service for spiders as we were having webs appear all over our patio. Levi did a great job, was pleasant to chat with and the front patio looks great! Jordan and Levi are very professional. I currently have a different pest company that services my home called Aptive. I was afraid that I had something dead under my house and made an appointment for them (Aptive) to come out and check. I waited 5 days for the appointment to come. They gave me a window of 1-5pm only to text at 4:54 pm to say that they wouldn’t be there for another 45 min. Then they came to my door to tell me that they offer pest control for rodents but don’t go in crawl spaces!

John was really polite and seemed knowledgeable about what to do with the bugs we are dealing with. Upon moving in to our new house, it had been quite infested from lack of care, especially around the trees and wood chip ground cover. He listened as I pointed out the problem areas and promised that he would take care of it, hitting the areas with both spray and granules. When he found one spot that had a lot of spiders, he came back to warn me of the area that had been sprayed and to be aware of

He was quite pleasant to speak with and very informative about the service. He also seemed to do a thorough job as well. I had a yellow jacket nest from the year prior and had them swarming around since the heat from the last few days. He took care of the nest and sprayed around the entire house under the eaves as well to keep them from starting somewhere else. Will definitely use the company again if it is necessary.
