Shane went above and beyond to ensure we were fully taken care of. He is professional and an extremely hard worker. Highly recommend.
Trey completed a full treatment of our area including checking for webs, spraying, and dusting the ground. We’re very pleased with the treatments to date and have definitely noticed a high reduction of bugs! Thank you.
Very efficient, came in made sure of what we wanted, incase we had concerns that we thought of later after setting up our appointment. He cleaned off existing webs outside of house, which was alot of work. Everyone I have spoken to with their company have been pleasant.
The technician was polite, thorough and efficient. Appreciate their care of our home and yard.
Great reliable work! Always helpful and informative.
Julian was great. Quick and efficient
Excellent service
Matthew was very conscientious and carefully covered all my concerns. Appreciate his thorough inspection and services.
Julian spent time asking what areas of the home/yard I was having pest issues. He listened to my concerns and spent time addressing the areas instead of rushing through the service.
Tech was professional and polite. He was fast and detailed in his work. Nathan did a great job
Kenny has been to my house in the past; he's always pleasant to deal with, respectful, and gets tasks done quickly.
Kenny was professional, accommodating, kind, and extremely knowledgeable!
This company's technician came to my house a couple of years ago, did not do any work, and then they sent me an invoice. My cameras caught it all, when contacted they said they had a work report of all the work he did and the products used. I sent them the footage and didn't here another word until today nearly 2 years later a collection notice in the mail. Don't waste your money with these folks. Theft is what it is called when you put a bill in the mail and have provided no services. Better business bureau is also getting contacted.
Signed up for the year treatment and it simply didn’t work for us. Ended up with a huge nest in our siding. They do have great customer service , but doesn’t help if it doesn’t kill those wasps.
Nathan came and did a very thorough job treating for bugs. He made sure that he was treating everything we needed.
Always prompt, efficient, and completely professional
Great service. Thanks.
Nathan came for my TriGuard application. He was so nice and explained all he would be doing and looking for. He worked around the house and yard to ensure everything was covered. He took his time and was thorough. He did a great job. Thanks Nathan!!
Julian with Tri Guard arrived this afternoon and did a great job knocking down cobwebs and spraying a spider barrier. He was personal, polite and professional.
It's difficult to review because we don't know when the technician comes to my house to their work. And I have one question that when did the tip system start for technicians? We haven’t give them the tip before, I have hardly seen their work. Thank you!
Very unscrupulous company. We were literally screwed out of $450. We had a representative from Triguard give us a “deal” to do a one time spray around the house because we weren’t interested in a full service package. We paid by credit card which automatically signed us up for the package -unbeknownst to us. They would not relent even though we refused service on subsequent visits. They turned us in to a collection company in California. PLEASE BEWARE.
Be very cautious if signing a contract with them. They do long contracts with very high cancellation fees making it nearly impossible to get out. I have the option of canceling but I’d have to pay over $700 just to stop service… Clearly they care about $ more than the customers experience. The service they provide takes them 15 minutes when they come out. And I’ve still had mice in the garage and bugs inside. Would not recommend, go through someone local that cares about their customers. Triguard, here’s my 30 day written notice as you require to not charge me another $75 to pick up the trap outside my house. Please do not renew my contract when it is over. I’m DONE.
TriGuard was quick to get a signature, but once there was an issue, getting any real help became nearly impossible. When we signed the documents, we were not provided copies. Those were only given AFTER I attempted to cancel services due to a serious emergency in which my spouse lost limbs. Despite the circumstances, canceling this contracted service requires manager approval which is apparently nearly unattainable. I have made multiple calls just trying to speak with a manager. Each time, representatives say they will “try to get ahold of one,” come back within 30 seconds claiming no one is available, and promise a callback. No one ever calls back. My account is STILL not canceled. I was charged the full service fee, and TriGuard cannot even provide a clear ETA for when a supervisor will call to cancel the service and refund charges that never should have been applied. They say my account is “being worked on,” yet not a single return call has occurred. This company seems willing to do whatever it takes to secure a signature, but offers little to no accountability or resolution once problems arise. Canceling a service should never be this difficult and the lack of urgency, empathy, and follow-through is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with TriGuard.
They come to your home and straight lie to your face the guy I talked to said his name was Danny him and his wife started the business together and gave me his number saying if I had any problems to contact him. I asked if they had any cancellation fees because I wasn’t sure if I could make it work and he told me NO. Now I try to cancel the service and get told I will have to pay over 500 dollars and it’s he said she said. They hired a third party to go sell it. If I could give it 0 star I would.
If I could give no stars I would. My parents are both approaching 93 years old. They both have old age dementia, which is obvious by talking to them and there is a no soliciting sign on their door. The person that came to the door signed my mom up for two different services which amount to $1200 a year that they can’t afford. I cancelled the service as soon as I got the mail and saw what had happened. When I called the company I told them we would pay them for the trips they had come for but that they couldn’t afford anything else. They wouldn’t work with us at all even after I explained the situation. They sent my parents to collection and for more than the services performed . I understand they should be paid for services given but the sales ppl that go to doors of the elderly shouldn’t be allowed to sell to them. Over all really unhappy with this company.
Response from TriGuard Pest Control
Thank you for sharing your experience. We are deeply concerned to hear about the situation involving your parents and sincerely regret any stress or frustration it caused.

Our team is trained to respect “No Soliciting” signage and to follow all protocols when interacting with customers, including seniors. Service agreements and billing are based on signed contracts, and while we understand your concerns regarding affordability, balances are handled according to those agreements. That said, we take feedback like yours seriously and will review this account if you're willing to call into the office.
It won't allow no stars!!! I don't recommend a place that takes advantage of people. I know a family that a door to door sales person did. The company is arguing they have a signed contract. When English isn't your first language and the door to door person won't leave and is trying to use a minor child that's only been learning English for a couple of years as an interpreter there's an obvious problem. When you're trying to communicate that you don't own the home that you are a renter but they don't care this is a problem. When you know you finally agreed to 1 treatment to make them leave but don't really have the extremely hard money that you are legally working for and you find out the signature for that 1 payment was a contract for 5 treatments in 12 months and they automatically take a $189 payment each time this is an extreme problem. It doesn't take but a few minutes to understand there is a major language barrier. This is a gentle hard working man trying to support his family. The phone number they had on file was fo the minor child. No email address which is how they send you your contract. SHADY is an understatement!!!
They sprayed our house when we weren’t home. We got home 3 hours later to find that they left both of our fences wide open! They had to open them to get in the back, and didn’t bother to close them. We have dogs that they could’ve let out. Not impressed about that. But good service other than that.
Response from TriGuard Pest Control
Hi Lizzy, thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the oversight with your gates. We completely understand how concerning this is—especially with dogs—and this is not something we take lightly.

Our technicians are trained to leave gates exactly as they are found, and we regret that this did not happen during your service. We appreciate you acknowledging the quality of the treatment itself, and we will be addressing this internally to ensure greater care is taken moving forward.

Thank you for your feedback—it helps us improve and maintain the level of service our customers expect.
I was scammed into signing a contract. The smell of their products made me sick every time I went in my yard. After two treatments we had worse spiders than ever before. When I cancelled the service they demanded payment of 75% of the remaining contract. I have had debt collectors hounding me for the money. I asked about their service on our neighborhood Facebook group and heard similar stories from multiple neighbors. Please spread the word. Do NOT sign anything! and do not do business with this company. These photos are of some of the spiders. I think they are Huntsman spiders. Found a few of them inside our house and they were all over our yard. Our dog ate one and was lethargic for a day and half. Before trying TriGaurd I used simple products from Zamzows and they kept the spiders mostly at bay. With a medical issue, I was unable to do much myself and I fell for the lies of the sales person. Please, heed my warning and do NOT do business with TriGaurd!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear how distressed you’ve been and understand how upsetting it can feel when a service does not meet expectations.

We want to clarify that our products are EPA-approved and applied according to strict safety guidelines. We do not receive reports of pets or people becoming ill as a result of properly applied treatments, and we strongly encourage anyone with health or pet-related concerns to consult a medical or veterinary professional. Regarding spiders, it’s important to note that spiders are often attracted by other insects and cannot be fully eliminated, even with professional treatment.

Service agreements and cancellation terms are reviewed at the time of enrollment and provided in writing. While we regret that this experience has led to frustration, account balances are handled in accordance with those signed terms. We always encourage customers to contact us directly so concerns can be reviewed thoroughly and documented appropriately.
It’s been a few weeks now since the Tri Guard technician treated our property and we are less than pleased. The tech was very well mannered but I’m just not sure what he actually did. We were preparing to leave for vacation so we didn’t pay much attention. We received a call from a very cordial lady from the company about a week after the service and I questioned whether or not the tech treated the lawn. She checked with the tech’s supervisor and they were confident that the lawn had been treated. I’m not convinced, we have more gnats and spiders than we have ever had since we moved here 2 years ago. I included photos below taken around our back patio. The front entrance was about the same but we cleaned that up before I decided to post a review. The company was pretty proud of their reviews so I’m not sure if this is an anomaly or if customers are posting too quickly, don’t know.
