Zack is the best!! I was worried after losing arguably the best exterminator on the team, but I was assigned Zack recently and after a few visits he has proven himself to be knowledgeable, handy and helpful in his field and beyond. He even caught a that I didn’t notice helping me avoid a major problem in the near future. I highly recommend working with SmartPest, and if you are lucky to get Zack or any of the talented members of the team, you are going to have a great experience.Zack is an exceptional exterminator! Keeps the bad things at bay! Their technicians are polite & accommodating. Overall, service scheduling needs a little more flexibility if service is skipped due to a scheduling conflict.

Re: Mikey R Friendly and informative. Our issue is carpenter ants, which have been difficult to locate ( colony). So, we are advised to buy pesticide and spray at the ant entry points - if we see them. Call back if there are further developments and we need assistance. Gov

This company is a known spammer in the state of Hawaii. Their automated dialer and text robots call and text me so frequently that I've filed a formal complaint with the state of Hawaii. They never pick up their phone and despite a ton of calls asking to be removed from their list and taken off their automated text robots, they have not replied. I'm now forced to take legal action. I would not do business with this company. Ever.

Food was great! Then we watched the entire wait staff clean and clear a table using chemicals and never removed their gloves! Then went on to transporting food to other customers. This is highly contagious and just plain lazy.

Our termite damage became worse after the shield was put in place and the quarterly treatments were done. I wanted to go the environmental route, but it didn't work. Worse, no one would call me back to talk to me about the deteriorating situation. The technicians and office staff are friendly, but the management was no responsive and would return calls regarding a refund. This is the worst experience I've had with a business and it resulted in the most the money lost on an investment in my house. We have since used a termite tenting company and we are finding no droppings or new damage. The review would be no stars, if that was an option.

Horrible customer service - made TWO appointments - no show - no idea who I was when I called to re-confirm the date/time after scheduling with Kent. Dawn is nice but they are full of excuses. Gave one star - should be negative stars.
