Chris has been the technician to take care of my home, at every treatment except one. He is exceptional, listens well, and addresses specific concerns. He also has a wealth of knowledge of the behaviors, habitats, etc of the "pests" that are causing problems at your home. He will really share that knowledge with the client if they want to learn thise kind of things. And, honestly, it's worth learning that, as it helps the home owner to help control any pest problems that they have. When I moved into my current rental there was a problem with cockroaches, "rolly pollies", millipedes, spiders and ants. After being there only a couple of weeks it became clear that there was also a HUGE problem with CENTIPEDES! I thank Chris, more than I can say, for his persistent treatments for that!! Aloha Pest, as a business, has also been very responsive and easy to work with. My usual contact is Angel, and she is great, as is every other person whom I have ever interacted with over the phone. Very happy with my interactions with this business and the people who work there. I have the bimonthly treatment program, with additional services in between the regular treatments, if there is a problem. This has been a terrific service type for me!

The entire team at Aloha Pest are great. Professional, courteous... just exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them!!! Added update. Today we were able to get back in the house and were pleased to discover that all our concerns about our old gutters and a fragile aluminum patio were treated with a lot of care by Jordan and his termite team. Nothing was broken or even cracked. In addition, Cameron called us from the house yesterday afternoon and walked through the house with me on the phone, locking doors, closing a few windows and then turning on ceiling fans for us. The whole termite tenting experience started with Debbie and Angel, then to Jordan and the whole team it went flawlessly. Thank you to all of you!!
