Matt has been servicing multiple homes I caretake for quite some time, and he has consistently proven to be honest, thorough, and very easy to work with. It’s reassuring to have someone dependable who takes pride in doing the job right. I also want to acknowledge Ala in the office. He is always responsive, organized, and diligent in helping coordinate schedules and follow-ups. Good communication makes a big difference, and he does an excellent job. Overall, my experience with KCPC recently has been very positive.

I was nervous when KCPC changed owners, and I lost Jason as my tech. While I’m worried about a corporate company taking over such a well oiled, perfectly run privately owned pest control company, I have to say my new tech ADAM is a huge asset to the company name, KONA COAST PEST CONTROL. Adam’s expertise and knowledge of our island bugs, our protection of our precious water sources, is by far the best I’ve ever seen. His attention to detail and how and where he sprays, he’s not wasting a drop. Adam is top notch in customer care and service to each and every aspect representing the company NAME as if he was the owner. Adam even is very sincere in taking care of the company truck provided to him and it shows. Adam takes the time to teach us homeowners how to help keep our bugs at bay, by showing us trouble spots with our plants and how we can solve the problem together. Adam’s attention to detail is why I will continue to use KCPC as my bug killing service. Thank you, Adam. Keep up the great job. Make sure they are paying you what you’re worth.

Adam with Kona Coast Pest Control was amazing. He was very personable and his service was extremely thorough. We had a small roach infestation suddenly pop up in our office break room. Adam sprayed and baited the entire office and even took the trash bin out and throughly sprayed that before bringing it back inside. He was very knowledgeable and gave us insight on what brought the roaches in and how to keep them away. I’m not usually a person to do reviews but I’m happy to express my gratitude for Adam with Kona Coast Pest Control.

I'm not a customer, however I experienced road rage from one of your employees on Aloha Friday in South Kona. Agro man tailgating me & my 5 month old baby. As I made my turn to my destination, he flipped me off. I'm not trying to throw anyone under the bus, but I don't think it's a good look... especially in a company vehicle.

Terrible customer service, the guy was unapologetic about our concerns and really tested our families patients. He was talking at my mom and was yelling at her. That really ticked me off because my mom's the sweetest person I know. We miss Heather.the person that sprayed down our house is amazing, he helped my mom out and was a great person to talk to. He should get a raise

Beware if you have a schedule to keep..It's great when they show up, 2nd no-call, no-show this year. I have been with them quarterly for years and will be switching to a different company.

Matt did our interior spray service today and was terrific… professional, thorough, and very nice. We greatly appreciated him! We have used Kona Coast Pest Control several times and have been quite pleased. The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars in this review is not related to service at our home, it’s the challenges with having our appointment(s) booked,, time changes after confirmation, etc., BUT their service is great and the treatment works. That’s really the most important thing!

Philip Technician was wonderful as usual. Kind and prompt. Manny is awesome on scheduling…definitely need to CONFIRM appointments…when an appointment is incorrect please follow thru and don’t yell and scare customer on jobsite which has happened to me, BE PROFESSIONAL Nothing BUGS you…
