I called Bowman to do a pretreatment for termites on our new construction. Even though it was a last minute request, they where able to find a spot on their schedule for us. they were professional, courteous and called me back in a very timely fashion. they took the time to explain the process to me and I would highly recommend them in the future.

We had this pest control business treat our home every few weeks for several years. They treated for the normal pests with no reports of any unusual pest activity until it came time to sell our home and move back to the mainland. All of a sudden we had a major termite problem and the entire home had to be tented costing us over 4,000.00 . When Bowman was asked about this miscommunication with our "termite problem" that we were unaware of they would not answer any direct questions. At best problematic! Also be aware the island is small and business people have strong contacts with the on island realtors. Ask questions !!!

Very professional but failed to contact my tenants to schedule the service calls thus they arrived and completed the exterior but did not get to complete the interior and only after I spoke with my renters to find they did not complete there work as agreed than later they wanted to come back to complete there service but at that point they only completed 1/2 of the work and refused to except their payment for the work they performed. I would say they are an excellent sub contractor but at this point there services where terminated and un less they except the 50% for only providing 1/2 of there work i will not use them again on my rental properties

We have monthly pest treatments and our experience has been for 5 years of service. No problems. We also had the termite fumigation witha a special re-treatment if needed warranty. Highly recommend Kelao for his attention and consistent care, as well as Jay and the fumigation crew.

They don't give up on exterminating the pests. Great field and office staff.

This company did a termite tenting at my home in Kailua Kona Hawaii in 2018. I was very pleased with how smooth everything went and was very satisfied with the end result. I would use this company again.
