Edit- was 5 now 1. To explain the response below. They recently changed employees over and have been a mess for a few months. The last week had very poor interactions with new staff. Sad that a perfect service went to this.

We moved an experienced tech to provide 5* pest, termite and mosquito services into Woodstock and Canton and the route has stabilized, our clients are happy. I'm glad to report that we're back to providing the 5* service you expected to receive and I expected us to deliver.

I was with this company since 2014 from the time being in the US. We moved to north Georgia in 2023 and quit the service. We just don't have so much critters up here. Now i needed them again for an ant problem. The old technicians had all left and they sent out a new one. Unfortunately he wasn't talking much and just sprayed his stuff and left. After a week the ants have been back. They came out (another guy with him, did not mentioned who he is) and wanted to treat the inside. I denied because of my dog. So they sprayed again and just left without giving me any information where they sprayed and where i need to be cautious with my dog. So i will see if she starts licking her paws and get sick where they sprayed their stuff. There was no explanation how we can avoid or any tips how to reduce the ants. They just left without a good bye. I will not call them again and wish them all the best. More service and customer oriented people would be great and really helpful! Some people (customers) are really interested in the treatment and in learning how to avoid critters.

We always recommend keeping dogs off treated areas until it dries.<br><br>We’ve made staffing adjustments and invested in additional training since that visit, specifically around communication and customer interaction. Your feedback, even though it’s hard to read, helps us improve.<br><br>We appreciate you sharing your perspective and wish you and your family all the best moving forward.
