Wish I could leave a ZERO star review. My mother was moved into a nursing home in November of 2024. I called this company when I received an invoice for full services (inside and outside) pest control several months later. The person I spoke with on the phone had the hardest time giving me a date that my last service was covered through, but finally came up with something. 4-6 weeks before that date they came out again. This company is full of liars and scammers. They came to inspect my mom's house and offered her all the bells and whistles she said she wanted mattress protectors too and they said okay to begin with and then told her to purchase them off Amazon and that they wouldn't put them on for her. She's 70 and disabled and I am also disabled. And then when they showed up they didn't do the treatment right and she still has bugs. Also, they claimed because she was there on her open air patio all day that

Did not want the service. Called and cancelled multiple times. They continued to come out and spray. Did not want the services. Cancelled again by phone on 3 different occasions. Billed me over 800.00 for services I did not agree to. Took advantage of the fact that I was not home. Finally took a day from work to catch the tech and tell them to stop.zero stars I recorded the conversations too. Also the in person when I finally was able to reach the technician who apologized for the inconvenience
