I highly recommend South Central Wildlife Control! I live in McDonough and have been using their services for over a year, and each time they have come out for a squirrel problem, Ray and Josue have been prompt, professional, and thorough. They always get the job done and take the time to explain the work they have performed.
I hated to do it because I am a lover of nature, but those squirrels were trying to get into my home, so they had to go! I called South Central and I met Ray. They set the trap and allowed it to stay a week or two later just to make sure they were truly evicted. Sure enough, maybe a week later we heard movement in the attic again. I text Ray again and while they were coming to retrieve the initial trap, they spotted another opening. Ray offered to seal that entry up an no charge. He said he noticed the squirrels leaving that hole when he got up there, so he didn't need to set another trap unless we wanted one. I must say, I appreciate the service and patience. I must have text Ray a dozen times. He always responds and his explanations are thorough. Also, after seeing the list of other services offered on the back of the card, I will definitely be reaching out.
Their service is fast but beware if you don't buy their bulletproof package of $1,500 they will not stand behind any other work. Paid them $675 to fix a few holes from squirrels and to set traps. They set one trap and removed it after one week. Squirrel problem still persisted so they came back out and found another spot but it would be $475 for them to fix it and set another trap, but again it's not guaranteed. They kept pushing their $1,500 bulletproof package. Told them to leave, and hired Mission Pest Management. $499 and they will continue to trap until all animals have been removed.

Sir, <br>Your response isn’t valid if you want free work.<br>Your words were “I Have to pay?”<br>Seems to us you didn’t want an explanation of options as soon as you heard the price; you didn’t let us finish with our options...<br>Their really isn't no need to explain our selves but, since we started lets get the details straight.<br>We explained to you during the initial visit in March. We offer the “bulletproof” (full exclusion of the home for all critter activity) because we can guarantee the work with no hassle. We provide a warranty for all future critter issues after completion of the exclusion. Nothing was forced upon you, or was it our only option. We certainly don't force anyone to go with any of our services we offer what you need as a permanent solution. Seems to us you wanted something for free in respect of other work that was provided. You denied this service and wanted to only repair the current entry points the squirrels were actively using. We left a trap at the main entry point to provide peace of mind and to ensure if any squirrels were currently in your attic during the time of service, they would be trapped on their way out of your attic. There were no squirrels in your attic at the time of the entry point repair and trapping service we provided, so after 2 weeks, not 7 days we collected our trap; we didn’t charge you to leave it more time. Your statement does not show the true version we certainly stand behind our work.<br>It is unfortunate that squirrels have made a new entry point on the “other side of the house.”<br>We guarantee the work we did, which has proven to be effective; otherwise, the squirrels would have been able to use the same entry points and not looked to damage your home further to make a new way in. It was explained to you in person and in the written quote you signed that we do not warranty any new entry points made in the future; with a basic option, only the entry points we repaired which we stand behind on. I hope the company traps and removes all the squirrels in your entire neighborhood for $499 to ensure no squirrel issues persist at your residence. Seems to us all they will be doing is placing an excluder to let them out and not trapping them like we do. Briefly, it shows a lack of ignorance how you would pay more to try prove a point when we charged you less. Certainly, “We do guarantee our work; our repair or trapping contract is still effective with no questions asked on the areas we sealed for you as seen they aren’t getting in the same way.<br>Please feel free to reference the quote you signed before any work was done to clear up any future confusion. If you would have done this in the first place, there would not have been a surprise to you that we would have to charge you for future services on other parts of your home.<br>In eyes of another company it's common sense they will go an extra mile to earn your business that's any business so your recommendations don't comply when comparing apples with apples. In the end we all know the industry very well so pricing doesn't really prove anything. At the end of the day we respect your choice for wanting free work from us, but we're confident in the quality, reliability, and results we deliver.
Contacted this company to remove a snake and was able to make a same day appointment no problem for a reasonable quote. Two gentleman came out only to find my snake had escaped the area it was sighted. They still did a thorough inspection of my yard to find him including looking under structures. Unfortunately they were not able to find him and I felt bad they wasted their time but they were great about it and asked me to call at any point If I see him. Since then they have followed up twice just to check. So for me the customer service was top tier. Their card is on my fridge for when that snake returns.

Amazing consumer service. Quickly fixed my bay window and trapped the squirrels within 24 hours. I am extremely pleased how Ray and his team was able to remove the squirrels. They are the best!!!!
Not sure if I really had a squirrel problem after all. But they are prompt and responsive.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your efforts to clarify the situation, but I feel It’s important to address a few key points. While I acknowledge that multiple inspections were conducted, the follow-up communication and effectiveness of the service didn’t meet my expectations. Each time I was told, Everything’s good “ yet the critter problem persisted, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. Regarding the payment dispute, I felt compelled to take that step due to ongoing issues I faced after your services. It wasn’t my intention to take advantage of anyone; rather, I sought a resolution to a problem that remained unresolved. I believe it’s crucial for potential customers to understand both sides of this experience. I hope that South Central Wildlife Removal can improve its communication and service effectiveness in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. My experience with South Central was the worst experience that I’ve had with a company. The service advertised certainly didn’t live up to the service that was received. The initial assessment went fine, but all follow up encounters were horrible.They sent out Kevin multiple times to address the problem, and each time I was told the same thing Everything Good! You end up getting taken advantage of by losing money, and still being stuck with critters problem in your attic. Not only that, but you also have little or no recourse to recover any of your money back, and then you have to pay another company to assess and fix the same problem that you hired this company to do, so now you’re out even more money. This company has been out to my house so many times I still hear noise in my attic every time they came out to check they say everything is good that’s a lie .I remember calling Ray because I kept seeing flies in my guest bedroom upstairs I stated to him that it’s something in my attic dead he in so many words he said it’s nothing. He stated that he will send Kevin out . And guest what Kevin found a dead mice and a big whole that they didn’t caught when they first came out to do my $2300.00 dollars job. I never want to discredit a company but South central I would never recommend to anyone.

We had a colony of bats in our attic. South Central Home Solutions arrived promptly, removed the bats, and sealed their entry point. Problem solved. They were professional, prompt, and more than capable. I recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

Victor is a true man of his word and knows his stuff. I have called him out to my mother’s house several times this summer alone. Victor came in a timely manner every time and assisted with wildlife animals in my mom’s yard. Every call he has went above and beyond I 10/10 recommend.

Adding a star for quick service. I reached out to this company on a weekend for a pest problem. Not being an entomologist, I wasn’t sure what insect I was dealing with but knew it was better to leave this to the professionals after witnessing two people who tried to help me get rid of the pest getting injured. The next day, South Central was able to come by. They listened to my story, decided a removal wasn’t necessary, and used spray to get rid of the pests. While this is happening, the employee Victor was very nonchalant, acting as if this wasn’t a big deal when I had seen people get injured just the day before. We stood and waited for about 15 minutes to see if the pests would leave. Victor was so sure that the pests were all gone and drove off. He never introduced his services, said what he was going to do, pricing, or anything else besides saying how long the spray would last (30 days). A day or two after this, the pests were still there. Victor and company had the nerve to send me a quote for almost a thousand dollars to make repairs where the pest was. To go from no quote, no explanation, and gaslighting to a huge estimate was very off putting. They kept nagging me via text about the estimate as well. Plus the spray didn’t really work! And Victor was late. Even though I was their first appointment for the day. Grateful for the fast response and apparently the “complimentary” spray bottle service, I will give them two stars, but I don’t appreciate the lack of professionalism. I don’t think I’d use this company again.

We have brought your review this morning to our staff meeting hall and compared your issue with the service that was given. <br>Victor explained from the moment he arrived to the moment he left. On the day of service we reviewed the status on your home with the pest issue and once again this morning.<br>As a free complimentary service with no charge we are confused with your response.<br>No records have shown that you called our office or management to discuss this matter. The quote given fell under our home repair services which is a totally different from pest control. <br>Victor sprayed the area to make sure pest didn’t come out during the inspection and suggested a repair to be done to seal the area where pest apparently were hidden. Removal, Material and wood is involved to repair this issue. By no means we forced you to go with us any home owner is welcome to received free quotes and use who ever they wish to do the work needed.<br>If we gave you a price it’s for a reason we will do it right on top remove any pest with the price given. <br>Pest return if heavy rainfall is on directly on the exterior of a structure and most importantly if an area isn’t sealed or repaired.<br>After almost a month that Victor was at your home. The past few weeks we received heavy rainfall by all means our pest service includes free follow up services if needed with no hassle. Once again you didn’t sign up for pest control with us or you didn’t pay for our service since it was complimentary on us the day we arrived. <br>You received a free inspection, free quote, free Recomendation on what needs to be done and free service on the at particular area.<br><br>Victor is part of our techs and by no means left your home in bad terms. These guys showed up same day, removed the bats out of my attic quickly, charged a very reasonable price and gave me some advice to prevent them from coming back. Great experience.

Victor is a man of his words. His company keep their promises. My family appreciated their professionalism in above their actions to get the job done. Victor took time over and over to make sure that the rodents were gone and done .I really would recommend this company over and over again.
This company is excellent. From the weekend phone call to Victor visiting my home. He was professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained the details of my pest issue thoroughly. He even went the extra mile to give me advice on something I asked that was unrelated to the visit. I have already scheduled my routine pest spray and suggest you do the same. They have exemplary customer service!
