I have been a Massey customer since 2009. For many years the service was excellent. Technicians confirmed appointments, arrived on time and left a report of what they found and what they did. I am not sure what has happened in the last two years but none of those things happen any more. Communication is non-existent. Techs seldom arrive on time. Reports of what was done seldom get posted to the portal. I don’t think anyone one at the local Massey cares anymore.

We signed up approx 9 months ago, and have had 1 representative come by and say "we will back to service the yard". Since this time we have NEVER seen anyone. We call and request service time and time again and every time is a no show. Not sure why we are unable to obtain service. I have called and asked to cancel and that is a problem for them as well. I need someone to contact me ASAP

You'll get better customer service out of junk yard dogs, seriously!!! Their service guy did not do what they were paid to do. Period. On top of that he didn't bother to put covers on his shoe, nor wear a mask. of course they took my money anyway like it's nothing. Absolutely the worst people that I ever came across in the service business.!!! Not one f%$k given!!!!
