I had a wonderful experience with Northwest Exterminating! Brian recently came to my home to treat the inside of my living space, and he was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he arrived, Brian was professional, approachable, and incredibly informative. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all of my questions with confidence, and made me feel comfortable knowing my home was in good hands. You could tell he truly knows his craft. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor, which made the entire visit enjoyable. Brian was also training a young man named Kendall, and he was just as kind, respectful, and professional. It was great to see Brian taking the time to teach while still providing exceptional customer service. If you’re looking for a pest control company that values professionalism, knowledge, and customer care, I highly recommend Northwest Exterminating. Based on my experience, they have earned a loyal customer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

I’ve recently had several issues with wasps and wasp nests around my front porch and in my attic. I had the pleasure of working with two Northwest technicians on separate occasions—Glenn and Casey ( the supervisor) and both provided exceptional service. Glenn was amazing! He was kind, professional, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my home was thoroughly treated. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel confident that everything was being handled properly. Casey, the supervisor, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He inspected and treated my attic, the exterior of my home, checked potential entry points, and made sure every concern I had was addressed. His expertise and attention to detail gave me great peace of mind. I am truly grateful to be a Northwest customer. The outstanding customer service, professionalism, and dedication shown by both Glenn and Casey exceeded my expectations. Thank you both so, so much for taking such great care of my home!

They always text me to let me know it’s time for service and when they’re coming out, the technician calls me ahead of time. Let me know he’s on his way and if you ever have a problem, just give them a call. Very happy with the service we recommend to anybody.
