This company used my credit card nefariously, approximately a month after I use my credit card to initiate payment with this company, they try to use my credit card at Best Buy, almost $2000 in purchases, however my vigilant bank put the Kabash on their criminal activity

I moved into a new place and was a bit uncomfortable with the amount of insects I was still seeing after trying to self treat. I immediately turned to the internet to find a reliable and economical option. Prince Pest Pros, LLC was the third result, but I'm so happy they were my first choice! Today was my second service of the quarterly program, which also included free follow-ups if needed. Which I only I had to utilize once, due to ladybug season. Other than that insects and pests have been non existent! Both, Michael, the owner and Jonathan are extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient and friendly. I look forward to having a professional relationship with them as long as I live in their service area.

This has been the worst pest service I’ve ever experienced from a company. The owner, himself came to my home to do the work and did the bare minimum to complete the job. I’ve had to reach him on 4 different occasions to return, due to issues still with the service. Horrible customer service.. do not recommend..

Just happened to call today about a bee hive brewing behind one of my vents. I wasn’t expecting to have him come out today, but he did. Michael was prompt and took care of the problem. I will wait a few days and see if it has been eradicated. Michael was very pleasant and professional.

Michael the owner was such a nice genuine down to earth gentleman. This is MLK weekend and he answered my call right away and assisted me same day (Saturday) I am so grateful for his dedication to his customers which I’m a new customer and will continue services threw him!
