My family used this service provider after moving into a new home and seeing that there was an issue which was unbeknownst to us prior to moving in. The tech that came out was extremely unprofessional, barely covered the necessary areas then acted as if it was an inconvenience to even be there. We rescheduled another visit because the issue seemed to get worse and the same tech returned with the same attitude sprayed one room and left. It was a really pleasant experience with Yates-Astro Termite and Pest Control Company. John W. came out to my home for an inspection and really did a great and thorough job. He recommended that I get my carport that was not attached to my home treated and I agreed. I wasn’t home at the time, but the crew came out and treated my building the very same day of our discussion. Please thank John and the men that came out and treated my garage.

Been using Yates Astro since we moved to Statesboro in 2022. Vernon, our tech, has been exceptional. He always communicates before, during, and after every service visit so we’re never left guessing. He’s always very professional and we’ve never had an issue with pests, spiders, bugs, or mosquitoes. Gnats? Now that’s another story…but this is Southeast Georgia and I don’t think anyone has a solution for those.
