Not only did he take his time thoroughly inspecting my parents' home; but, he took additional time to explain, in wonderful detail, his findings and his research into all things bug! His extensive experience and knowledge are profound and unlike any other we have encountered. You will not find anyone more qualified, genuine, or honest in this field. We will use him again and again.

We bought our house in Statesboro in July 2024 and were told that the termite warranty was with Deloach Exterminating. We contacted the company in order to secure the paperwork for the warranty. We were immediately impressed when John Deloach, the owner, answered the phone and took care of our request. This initial contact exemplified the type of service we received when we later set up quarterly pest control with Deloch; it was a personal and professional experience. John Deloach spent two hours at our home inspecting our house inside and out, and providing insight in the various methods to combat roaches, ants, spiders and fire ants.
