When I first use them they was great good customer service young all smiles eager thats to get you. Now two months later great customer service but less spraying I ask would they do outside he said unfortunately our equiptment for outside is out of order. So I was like ok and remained calm. Not to explain he came in my home and was out in less than 2 minutes. Not spending my hard earn money with people who really want my money but dnt agree with my kind.

We most certainly do not shy away from our errors as it is important to learn from them so they can be avoided in the future. Our top priority is providing quality service with complete customer satisfaction.<br> Since your review mentioned dissatisfaction with your first preventative/maintenance service, we always conduct an internal review. During the review it was discovered that your technician’s pump for his water tank in his van had sustained busted lines due to the extremely cold temperatures we had with Winter Storm Enzo which occurred a few days prior to your visit. He was waiting for a new line so that repairs could be made. So, he in fact was being honest with you when he said it was out of order. <br>The alternatives he was left with included his handpump sprayer and granules (outdoor use only). Using a handpump sprayer for an exterior service would not have been appropriate due to the small size of the sprayer. He was unable to use granules for the exterior of your home as he ran out of them on the job prior to yours. He assumed your service was going to be interior only, so he didn’t come back by the office to retrieve more.<br>During your service he dispensed a total of 2 quarts of insecticide to multiple areas in your home. The time frame of two minutes that you stated he was in your home to complete that service seems to be misleading. Generally speaking, your preventative or maintenance visits for general pest control are much shorter than your initial treatment visit. The size of a home and the treatable areas of the interior and exterior of a home truly determine the amount of time needed for a service to be completed. We would have been more than happy to set up a recall visit (which is free of charge) to re-spray the interior and complete an exterior spray of your home when his equipment was fixed and back in operation. If you weren’t offered that option, we apologize as it should have been explained to you.<br>We did want to comment on a small insinuating remark in your review. We assumed you meant that we don’t agree with your kind of complaint. And Ms. Sea, that’s simply not true. You see, as a family-owned and operated business we rely on our customers, each one of them, so we give our best because each customer deserves that. Each customer has and will always be treated with RESPECT regardless of a person’s physical outward appearance to include disability, gender, or race. A person’s ethnicity, social status, financial standing, religious or political belief is none of our concern nor will it ever define the level of customer service an individual receives from an employee at this company. <br>It is unfortunate that we were not able to resolve your pest control service issue before you departed from our company. I've noticed it's been a while since your truck has been spotted on my cameras, and I'm uncertain if you're still checking the stations regularly. I would greatly appreciate it if we could revert to your previous method: leaving a note on the door whenever you inspect the stations, providing updates on their status.
