Knox Pest Control is a family owned Pest Control Business based out of Columbus Ga. John Knox, joined the business as a fifteen-year-old termite helper, would later graduate from Wheaton College and Samford University’s Cumberland Law School. John then rejoined the family business in 1975. The legacy continued with John’s oldest son, Justin Knox, coming on full time in 1997 Sean Knox, the younger brother, joined the business in 2000. Knox Pest Control is one of the largest pest control companies in the southeast, serving Georgia, Alabama and North Florida. As a full-service company, offering pest control, wildlife control, termite control, and lawn care, Knox is your one-stop shop for effective, friendly, and professional service.

A reliable and effective service. I've been using Knox pest control for a few years now and their quarterly service keeps my home and my yard free from all types of common pests.
Devin was a tremendous help when I called about Knox coming out to my house. She was extremely kind and answered every question I had. She had great customer service

I really love this company they do a good job and I really will recommend them to others who need help with pest control I have been fighting with roaches for years and they was bad but when I got introduced to Knox pest control in statesboro ga they had the remedy and Kim really do a good job thank you Kim for your honesty respectfulness and you do a good job I dont see any bugs anymore I love your work continue the good work. And I want to give all shouts out to Mrs Kim, she is very friendly, nice, caring, and respectful 🙏🏾. Let me tell you — when I first called Knox Pest Control, I was on the verge of declaring my home a lost cause. Ants were staging a full-blown invasion, spiders were acting like they paid rent, and I swear one roach looked me in the eyes like he owned the place. Then Knox showed up. Not just on time — early. Like superheroes with spray tanks instead of capes. Within minutes, they assessed the situation with the precision of Navy SEALs and the confidence of people who have seen it all and still smile. The technician was polite, professional, and somehow managed to make extermination sound like a noble art form. He explained everything, cracked a few jokes, and before I knew it — boom — my house was critter-free. No ants. No spiders. No creepy crawlies doing the cha-cha on my kitchen counter. It’s been weeks now, and I haven’t seen a single bug. Not even one. It’s like they spread the word in the insect underground: “Don’t mess with that house — Knox runs it now.” If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Knox Pest Control didn’t just get rid of pests — they restored my peace of mind, my faith in humanity, and possibly my will to live.

Dusty is top-tier. Not only does he service our building, but he also takes time to answer questions from staff about household pests. He is very knowledgeable. We even joked that he should start his own you tube channel about pest control.

A huge disappointment. Very inexperienced crew and way too expensive. You are better off going to Home Depot and taking care of pest control yourself.

I’ve had the worst experience with this company, I thought terminix was bad but they are worse everything from spraying a vegetable garden when already instructed not to, mind you it’s fenced off. Then the next guy was just carelessly dumping the solution in spots and not others it was like dripping carelessly, I didn’t save the video but they don’t realize customers have cameras. This last time he swore up and down he came Friday when he didn’t, I was out gardening all day and he didn’t come. He came today and just lied to my face about it like my cameras don’t capture everything and then knowing I wasn’t home he proceeded to just look in my door… it’s just one thing after another, they now have a different tech coming and hopefully it’s better. We have 4 more months to this contract and will be looking elsewhere. I do not recommend this company.

I had No idea this company even existed until I almost got into a car accident because one of their employees in a white Nissan #96 was texting while driving. Worst part, she didn't even notice because she was so stuck on her cell phone. Not good for business!
