This review is mostly for their mosquito service. (review of weed and lawn service below) They have been treating our yard for mosquitos for 4 months. There has not been ONE DAY during that time that I *haven't* gotten eaten by mosquitos within minutes. They even put "traps" all around the yard. I do not know why whatever they are doing isn't working. I actually am not sure if someone is even doing the service. I've never seen anyone walking around the yard spraying or maintaining the traps. I work from home and I'm home most of the time. Christine from their customer service team had been mostly good about responding to my emails. But recently they are completely ignoring my emails and texts. Jonathan who's supposed to be the "expert" does not keep up with communication. I have *repeatedly* complained about the mosquitos and I either don't get a response, or they have excuses like "well you have a big yard" and "there's been a lot of rain lately". Even when I sit on my covered patio that is the furthest away from the woods in our yard, I STILL get covered in bites. We have wasted so much money on this company and honestly I would love my money back, but more than anything, I just wanted to have a pleasant summer in our backyard. We have waisted hundreds of dollars. I would give the lawn service a 3. Our lawn looks lush and green, but they have not completely eradicated the weeds.

I’ve hired many lawn service companies throughout the years. Yardsy is hands down the best. I was literally contemplating replacing the front lawn last year due to drought disease but Yardsy convinced me they could solve the problem. I honestly thought it was going to be a money grab like so many other companies we’d hired in the past however to my surprise the lawn came back better than ever. We now have the best looking lawn on the street. I’ll never hire another company besides Yardsy to service our lawn.

I got Yardsy as a birthday gift! I have been addicted to it ever since the only issue I had is the front of my yard has 1 inch lava rock and I wanted to put the sign there and no matter what we did the anchors wouldn’t hold the sign, the least little bit of wind and it would blow over We finally came up with a solution. We used tent anchors, and wa la The sign hasn’t blown over since! I have bought six more inserts and I love interchanging them. I plan on giving this sign as birthday gifts to all my great friends. thank you, Yardsy For creating such a great product

2 year long customer here. Jonathan sold me on the brand and the longer I stay with them, the worse the quality gets. I asked a technician if he was certified and he replied "no, most of us arent certified or plan on getting certified" The technician didnt know the difference between fescue and bermuda which is awful. Why is Yardsy sending out untrained technicians? Simple. They care more about profits than quality.

I have a summer home in GA being treated with Yardsy. Every time I returned home, it would look worse and worse; Almost like nothing was being done. I thought maybe I wasnt paying them and they canceled service. Nope. I was being charged and they put out a sign so I know they were there. Needless to say, I canceled them and wouldnt recommend using their services.

They will not tell you when they're coming and will leave your gates open. We have repeatedly asked them to let us know when they're coming or even just knock on the door when they get here. We have two dogs that can easily get out.

We have been using them for lawn treatment for the past several months. Our lawn is now dead, we have Bermuda grass and the only green in our front yard now is from the weeds. We have called, texted, sent pictures with no response.

Beware. They literally have one job, to control weeds. My lawn looks terrible, and I've complained about this for 2 months. My calls weren't returned. On top of this, my service price went up 80%. When I finally got the owner on the phone, I was threatened with collections, instead of being offered a solution to the weed problem. They company has gone through a few name changes. Needless to say, the service is sub par, and they should probably learn to be more professional.
