Scheduled 2 appointments for yearly inspection. No one showed. First time no one told me they could not make it. Was told they were sick. Rescheduled and no one showed the second time. Asked for my contract to be suspended. Was charged for annual fee. Asked for reimbursement and to date have not received any reimbursement for the yearly subscription that I have canceled over the phone and via email. Not sure how there are so many positive reviews. We tried out Orkin and our first visit entailed visits including: no shows with no apologies / explanation, random $250 hidden fees for basic things that should have been included in our quarterly service, VERY late technicians, technicians using inhumane glue traps after assuring us that they never use those, doing really bad and visible exclusion work on the exterior of our home and having to have a supervisor come back and fix it, technicians l
