I have been using them for 40+ years. I would never use anyone else.

This company will scam you telling you they sprayed for you and you paid for a contract when in fact you didn’t. The wife/secretary lies to all the customers. I do not recommend this company at all.

Had someone come by for an estimate, he told me Barnes doesn’t offer any repair guarantee or insurance on their termite service. Every other company I’ve gotten a quote from does offer this, I’m very skeptical if y’all won’t insure your own products. Salesperson/company rep was very nice and professional and was honest and up front about everything so I do appreciate that.

Called 3 times Chad/Chris , do remember his name, came out and did approximately 10 minute termite inspection. I had to call to get him back out here to check the crawl space . He came back was here 2 minutes. I have called 3 times. Never called me back and never got a bill. SHAMEFUL AND Rude to potential customers

Affordable and reliable service! I have used Barnes for two years at my Virginia Highlands home. I rarely spot any unwanted creatures indoors.

Their technicians would constantly skip at least 5 of my 18 bait stations, yet they would mark all 18 checked on their paperwork. Sometimes I would check the stations and the monitoring capsule would be totally empty. They also offer no damage warranty either. Certainly not worth $53 per quarter. I gave them multiple chances, but finally had to fire them.

You can't find nicer people to deal with than Barnes. They responded very quickly and did a wonderful job. They know what they are doing and do it well.

We've been using Barnes for a while now. Never had any issues with them, or the product. Always punctual & courteous! Our technician is Eric.

I am a home owner, Call them to do Termite treatment, Insects treatment, Gopher treatment. He quoted $800 when i said ok can you do it today he says well..... it will be 900 because your house is too big (house is 1900 sqft). I confirmed you will do all insects (spiders, crickets, roches) and Gophers and Termite treatment, he says yes. He goes into the house and comes out (4th time) and says well it will be $1000 for all flat and this is a discounted price. The stuff I use for termites is good for 7 years. I said ok go-ahead. He started the job by drilling into perfectly painted good walls for termite treatment. He sprayed lightly in and around the house. After the job demanded cash for payment only. I asked for a Termite certificated which he declined to give. Instead he gave me a hand written receipt on which you can barely read anything. He did not plug the holes that he made in the house and when i asked him to do that he goes well that will cost you $200 EXTRA. Now I am stuck with fixing my walls and repainting them. The stuff that he sprayed in the house for insects did not work at all. Insects are having house party. I used RAID and that worked immediately.
