Silver’s is an excellent pest control company. The staff that service your home and the office staff are professional, friendly and just plain wonderful. I have both the bait stations and monthly pest spraying. Additionally, receiving a text a week before they schedule service is a big help to me, if I need to reschedule they always accommodate me. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend to anyone.

I guess you heard. The technician broke a pipe in the pool filter system. I've can a repairman and will let you know the cost.

I tired to call this company. I left several messages and my calls were never returned. I got the owner’s number (Justin) from an employee. I left a message with him and he finally called me back. My mom is 90 and had an issue with bugs. Justin assured me he would call her to take care of this. It has been 2 months. Still waiting….terrible customer service! Don’t use!

Change in operations that no one could explain was unsettling. No person would call back so I got five bids for new service. The service technician is very knowledgeable & we stayed with Silver. Customer service communication should be tops during transition.
