I called RCPC because I knew they were all small business. I work for a large company in the service industry and I just didn’t want the robotic feel of that. I have been fighting carpenter bees myself for three years. The initial call to RCPC was warm and inviting. The gentleman I spoke with was very attentive and courteous as we talked of my issue mixed with casual conversation. The technician arrived in the time frame that was given and even called to verify information before proceeding with his work(as I was not home) He was also very friendly and courteous as we also discussed the issue and had some casual conversation. The work performed was exactly as described on the initial call. Overall I am very satisfied with the entire experience. It didn’t feel as if I was paying for a service. It felt like I had called a friend with an issue and a friend showed up to help. Customer service of this nature is very rare today! I would recommend this company any day and anytime over any other pest control company!

I've been with RCPC for a little over a year now and will continue to be with RCPC for every single pest control need I could ever have! Everybody at RCPC have always operated within the perfect definition of professionalism and honest care for your home and family in addition to having the most affordable services in the state. My internet service charges me more than what RCPC charges to come service the home every single month! (Special shout out to Chris and Angelina in particular for being my personal heroes for all they have done and continue to do for the elderly woman in my specific situation. I am more grateful for y'all than words can ever say!) I can't say enough positive things about RCPC. I cannot recommend this company enough. Not only are they significantly cheaper than other options (half the cost of other quotes), Angelina was amazingly helpful in scheduling and handling my questions. Moriah arrived on time, expertly handled every single question that popped in my brain, and even handled things that weren't asked for initially because it made for safer/better service. This is a local company that runs circles around larger brands, and it's not. Even. Close.
